Just because I wanted my feet done and I stated that I called a couple of times and the nail tech lady just swears up and down. I got the wrong place. I'm calling the wrong number. No, I walked up to the shop and got the number off the window and make sure it's the right number. Came here on a sister date and we had a wonderful experience! Lina and Lulu were both incredibly professional and gentle with my sister and I. We both got gel, going for the magnetic "velvet" look. Wow -I am beyond impressed by these ladies. And to be clear, I am a very difficult client. I literally travel to Canada to get my nails done because I like them done a very specific way, and it has been almost impossible to find that style locally. That said, I messed up and broke two nails doing laundry and urgently needed a repair just to get me through work until my next appointment. I booked gel extensions, and while researching the salon, I also came across their eyelash extension work. It was so beautiful and natural that I decided to try lashes too - something I have never done before. I am SO glad I did. My lash technician is an absolute gem. I wanted gel extensions I accidentally scheduled for just a gel manicure and when I tried to clarify with the nail tech she just disregarded what I was saying/asking for. She continued what she was doing. I showed her an image with longer nails and she still didn't get it. When I told the manager about the miscommunication they offered to do what I wanted but I had already been there for 2 hours. Why would it take that long for just a gel manicure? What bothers me the most about this experience is that I was trying to clarify what I wanted and was just ignored. The price that they quoted for the service was also not accurate. read more
