This review is for the takeout counter. I was out on a walk along the beach when I got hungry and decided to grab a slice for a quick afternoon snack. Despite having lived in the area for my whole life and being more than familiar with Revere Beach, I've never had a taste of the Bianchi's Pizza that everyone would talk about. It appears that they only offer cheese slices, but you can order whole pizzas with other toppings. The service at the counter was pretty quick and the slice they gave me was good sized. The best way I can describe the taste of the pizza at Bianchi's is classic nostalgia. Nice thin crust, the right amount of cheese, a pretty good tomato sauce and cooked evenly. All around it is a textbook definition of a classic, all American thin crust pizza slice. read more

I actually really like Bianchi's Pizza, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Their posted hours say they're open until 10:00 PM. I went there at 9:20 PM specifically to get pizza, only to find the doors already locked. That's 40 minutes before the posted closing time. If you're going to close early or stop serving well before 10:00, then change your posted hours. People plan around those hours and go out of their way expecting a business to actually be open when it says it is. I've always enjoyed Bianchi's, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. If customers can't rely on the posted business hours, what's the point of posting them? Unfortunately, this experience deserves one star. The pizza may be good, but the customer experience tonight definitely wasn't. read more

We used to love Bianchi's. Today we pulled up front, called to order 2 pizzas, and TOLD THEM we were waiting out front. Guy on phone had zero enthusiasm, but whatever. He said they'd be ready in 15minutes. We waited 20 minutes, went in to get them and he hadn't even put them in the oven yet. When I balked, he said "you just called a few minutes ago", then looked at his phone and saw it was indeed 20 minutes earlier. I didn't wait for the pies. read more

I brought my sister to this place as she visited from iowa. I wanted to show her the places ive visited. I wish this experience was better! We orders 2 slices, sat outside since they had small tables with chairs outside, the bartender (black male) came out, says "these aren't for sitting and basically there for looks" said we could finish our pizza but we needed to make sure to pick up after ourselves and not to make a mess, as he reiterated 2x, after I said "hey, were friends on ig and fb, he proceeded to say, ya, well, keep it clean" rudely and could care less!! couldn't look at us in the face, but had the nerve to tell us to basically NOT sit there and to clean up like were bothering him. I may never visit again if they believe in customer service this way! Ive promoted this place over a year on ig and fb with my beautiful car outside of their establishment and that will he the end of that! read more

Remember ask for the original oven whenever you go here. They still have one from the original location. The original is my lifetime favorite I used to haunt Mr. Bianchi at the old location till he gave me a slice just to get rid of me. On occasion it will mix it up and get extra cheese on a double thick crust. The secret is to let it cool for about 8-10 minutes to each slice pulls perfectly from the box. Again make sure you ask for the original oven to get that 1980s flavor and perfection you grew up with. The location may have changed but the memories surrounding that original oven and that classic recipe will live forever. The new bar area compliments the pizza kitchen area well as there was a live band playing 80s throw backs and people were dancing and having a great time, there is also outdoor dining to soak up the last summer nights left in this season. read more

I've been a customer of Bianchi's in Revere for over 20 years and followed them to the new location on the beach. A few nights ago, we were in a pizza mood, and of course, headed straight to Bianchi's. The guy behind the counter was really friendly, and told us that it would take about 7-12 minutes. We were waiting on the sidewalk and noticed the same guy leaving in his car, so we waited for about 15 minutes, and decided to check on the pizza progress. The young woman working there couldn't find our order, and there was nothing in the pizza oven for us. The guy had taken our order and our money, and then he left for the night. The woman made our pizza and apologized profusely. It wasn't her fault, and she shouldn't have had to apologize for the other worker. The pizza (as usual) was delicious. Kudos to the young woman working there. Shame on the guy who bailed after taking our cash. read more

I've given this place multiple chances, but the staff is consistently rude. Today, I called to order pizza and no one answered at first. When someone finally picked up, they said nothing -- I only heard someone in the background say, "Are you going to say something?" before hanging up on me. I called back, and the same person yelled "hello" and immediately accused me of not speaking the first time. When I explained I didn't hear them, there was no apology, just attitude. My sister and I brought our 4 children for dinner. It took the waiter 20 minutes to greet us. He came to the table (didn't introduce himself so I don't know his name, but was an African American man) and said what do yall want to drink. We gave our order of a seltzer (and he shook his head) and asked for a soda for one child. He then said all I have is Pepsi for sodas and that is IT!! So we said okay. That works. I ordered 2 waters for my children and he cut me off and said I told you we only have Pepsi!!!! And I said okay kiddos let's go (because he was so mean). We were leaving and he screamed at us all the way out of the restaurant. I gave him a thumbs up and he said real classy for giving me the finger!!!! This guy is off the hinges. Bianchi''s Pizza was always my NUMBER 1 place for pizza. My Birthday is in August and of all the places I could go, I choose here. Today was not my birthday but we went to the beach and popped in. It was a big disappointment. I can't be sure but the pizza appeared to be "reheated" it was dry and super crunchy. Not at all like their usual delicious gooey cheese and soft thin crust dripping in oil. I ordered a margarita no salt, I never requested a top shelf tequila but when the bill came it said ; $10.00 margarita $2.00 -Top Gold tequila 1 Margarita 1 wine 1pepsi Came to $30.00 Not counting the $17.00 cheese pizza. We paid and didn't complain although I really wish I did. Other places will ask what tequila you want. I am not picky. The cheap is ok. I'm only having one and we even tipped 20% I'm bummed and will give them another chance because I hate to think they don't care about quality or customer service anymore. read more

Pizza three stars. Everything else - NEGATIVE 5 stars. Save your money, do not go to this place. It's a joke. You have to order the pizza next door and serve yourself. If you want something in the restaurant, good luck getting a waiter to serve you in a timely fashion. The guy working on the pizza side actually apologized to me a couple times for the post service on the restaraunt side. The restaraunt workers seem to be , very non-attentive and too busy to follow up. We went on a very quiet night but the service and the attitude of the workers was rude. I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid. Back in the late 90's. Before they moved locations. When they were taken in by Renzo's. All the way to yesterday. Their pizza is great, their customer service is the absolute worst. The cook behind the counter is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I went in twice, once to place the order, the second time to pick up. Both times he was incredibly rude, degrading, and flat out mean. I get that it was busy. I understand that people have bad days. But you could see that this person truly was having fun with how rude they were Lifelong customer, but I won't be coming back. I hate to let one bad experience do this.
