We went for the survivor experience since we were in the area at dinner time. The staff were all really nice and they were busy the whole time that we were there. They have some survivor signs and are selling merch. It's great to see a local business benefit from the show. We got a large cheese and it was okay. It's nothing I'd go back for but it did the job. The crust wasn't particularly nice and it was very wet. Flavor wasn't bad but there also wasn't a ton of flavor. If you're a survivor fan I'd say go for it but if you're looking to find your next pizza spot you may want to keep looking.

Visiting from Chicago and had a taste for some pizza. Wanted to eat local and found out this place had pretty good reviews. We walked in and it was semi busy. There were open tables and stools at the counter. We sat down after placing our order. Even though the place is small, it didn't feel cramped. The hostess and gentleman taking orders were friendly and she especially checked on us and the others in the place. We ordered a medium 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom, cheese sticks and garlic bread. Cheese sticks came with marinara sauce for dipping. They were crunchy and good, but not the best I've ever had. Garlic bread was 1/2 an Italian loaf with garlic butter and I think paprika. Again, it was ok. Could have used more garlic butter. I dipped it in the marinara. Pizza. That's what we came for. Being from Chicago, we knew not to expect the same type of pizza. It was REALLY good! Crust was crispy and a bit chewy. Lots of yummy cheese and the sauce was smooth and tomatoey. I would recommend Luigi's if you want to eat simple, but well done pizza and support a local business.

Week ago ordered a plain and a pepperoni pizza. Excellent. Yesterday did the same They were cheap on the peperoni 7 slices only, the pizza wasn't cut thru and it was smashed to the side in the box. We spent a few days in Revere during Boston. Marathon weekend. This gem of a restaurant was just a few blocks from our Air BnB. We couldn't believe our luck when we discovered it. Such a down home unpretentious atmosphere, super friendly staff, real homemade Italian meals, and prices way more affordable than eating in downtown Boston. We were treated like family and can't wait to return next year to see our new friends at Luigi's. Highly recommend. 5+ stars. read more

Had an Airbnb not far from here, decided to try a little local shop. Got a meat pizza, fried Ravioli and garlic bread. Absolutely no regrets, pizza ingredients were super fresh and high quality crust was cooked perfectly. Fried Ravioli were great, the marinara really made it top notch, the garlic bread could've had more garlic for me, but not everyone would like the high level od like, but it definitely didn't go to waste. My son and I were visiting and saw this little place right off the blue line and close to our hotel. I am so glad we decided to try it! I ordered chicken wings and they were huge and perfectly prepared. They came with duck sauce, which I wasn't expecting but I tried a little with one and it really worked. My son had chicken Parmesan which was a huge serving and he said it was amazing. Everyone was really nice! They had Diet Pepsi too which made me very happy. Small place but it felt cozy not cramped. Tip: If you are paying with a card they can't add a tip onto your card so bring some cash to reward the hard working staff. read more

This was my second time getting delivery, the first time I ordered a canoli and it was missing from my order so I called to let them know so they brought it A few weeks later I order a large pizza, medium onion ring and cannoli, when I received my order there were only 6 onion rings and when we called to say something, the lady said to my friend, oh you guys always complain which I find funny as it was only second time ordering from them, I will definitely not go back and she actually hung up on us, They need to have their employees take a customer service class read more

Easily the best pizza in the entire Boston area- maybe even northeast because I'm from NJ and still dreaming about it. Also, do NOT sleep on the rest of the menu!! The chicken parm is DROOOOL worthy, the stuffed shells are just like my Nonna makes them and the cannolis are to die for- I seriously want a bag of the homemade filling shipped to my house for Christmas. Sauce is excellent. Staff is like family. Everyone was so happy and grateful that we were there. We were clearly tourists and they treated us like neighbors. Eggplant parm sandwich was very flavorful. Great bread. Did not drown it in mozzarella. Lasagna was the same, excellent and not over cheesed. Pizza was perfect. Thin crust. 100% read more

She told us this is her second restaurant, first being in NYC. It's advertised on the menu that they don't use MSG. Their BBH also didn't have pork knuckle (giò heo) or pork blood (huyết). I stopped in at Royale Kitchen & Bar very recently for dinner and was seated at a high top near the front window. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Pho ($20 plus tax) since they did not have my first choice House Fried Fish Cake Pho. A plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, & jalapeños was brought out first for the soup. The big bowl of pho arrived very hot, which had wide rice noodles, 8 grilled shrimp with tails & cleaned, mixed of greens in an oily hearty broth. There are chili paste on the table to add to the soup. The flavors of the soup and tender grilled shrimp were good, especially on a single digit evening outside. I finished only half of the hot soup before requesting a plastic container for the rest. After I was all set, the server brought over a Toast handheld unit for card payment. A 15 percent off soft opening discount was applied bringing the total to $18.19 with tax and before tip. Also, the receipt indicated that this pho restaurant is affiliated with Pho 99 in Queens (Rego Park), NY, which has a similar menu as Royale Kitchen.

Probably the best pizza I've ever tasted. I come back to Boston every few months for business or to see my family, but when I do, I hit Luigi's first for my pizza fill. The dough is fantastic, perfect consistency with a nice crunch to it. The crust has a nice sweet flavor to it. The sauce is loaded with tomatoes and spices and I can obviously tell that it is homemade and fresh. The staff is always very kind and welcoming, it makes for a good atmosphere when one is sitting down for lunch or dinner. I started coming to this restaurant in 1998, and haven't stopped since! A definite winner in my book and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Italian food. read more

Both were the best I have had in more than 35 years and it's way better than the Giordono's Pizza in Chicago last month. Too bad I live 1,500 plus miles away or this would be a regular stop for me. Stopped by one day out of the blue to have a pepperoni pizza, and I think it was on par with other great places. Their staff were all friendly, and I could see that the locals loved it. Luigi's is great if you want authentic Italian from a bunch of Mexicans. Voted Best Pizza in Revere when you give the mayor a pizza that isn't even on the menu. I can't wait for them to add the new addition that they have been talking about the last 10 years. :) read more
