This is absolutely pitiful. This is a steak tip "dinner". 4 steak tips, 24.99. I simply don't understand how you can have a dinner plate with 4 steak tips. I go here once a week and have been going here since I've been a kid. I thought to try to be nice because it's new owners and give them the business but honestly every time I go they just give me more of a reason to not go back. This is absolutely pitiful. I ordered two pizzas from Nonnies today. pizza had the cheese sliding the dough wasn't fully cooked. The pie wasn't even cut so that we could even take slices. We also ordered a Hawaiian pizza that was not good either. Both pizzas were not edible. We decided to call to let them know that the pizza was not too good rather than write a review. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful and combative over the phone. he blamed the pizza being not good on the fact that we were having trouble holding the boxes of pizza carrying the boxes of pizza out of the restaurant. I must add that we asked for help to carry the boxes of pizza out the door and no one was kind enough to help. It was disheartening to have the owner of this restaurant speak to us in the manner that he did. I absolutely positively would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Used to be a very good pizza place until ownership changed and decided to change what made the pizza so good. Every single review with photos prior to this one were made when the old owners were in charge and don't accurately describe the pizza anymore. The new pizza is bigger, but also a lot greasier, floppier, and blander. They put less toppings on it than they used to and the "premium ingredients" they used to boast about on their box are gone. The branded Nonni's box is gone too, replaced with a generic pizza box. The only reason I bring this up is because it sums up the changes made. The pizza went from being a staple of Revere: great, delicious, and worth choosing over any of the big name chains nearby. The pizza now is just bland and generic, something you can get anywhere else (probably for cheaper). They seemingly cheaped out on everything, and the quality of the food went down the drain. I truly hope they go back to the old ingredients soon, because what they're doing now just isn't worth eating. read more

Nonni's is always a great pizza option in Revere! It's location has moved around a few times in the last few years, but always super reliable for solid food. I also love seeing the pizza box with the smiley tomato on it :) Pizza is very cheesy and saucy. $12 for a large cheese pizza is very reasonably priced. I also got a large bbq chicken pizza ($18) which had lots of chicken and bbq sauce on it - very tasty! I got the food to go and ate it on Revere Beach - an authentic Revere evening. read more

They are located in a small strip mall with very little parking. Nonni's pizza has continually made a nice pie for years. The sauce is mild and the crust is crunchy and always tastes great. They have a handful of stools and a small counter if you want to eat there. FYI only about 5 seats. Counter is attached to the wall. I've been going to Nonni's for a long time now and let me tell you it wasn't voted as the best Boston area pizza in 2022 for no reason! I really think they've perfected the cheese pizza and the cheese/sauce ratio is exactly what you need. The workers are also always really nice! Been going here since it was Nana's in the 90's. They have consistently fantastic pizza. I stress, "consistent." I have never had a subpar pizza from Nonni's. Also, if you look at their FB or yelp reviews, it is clear the owner takes extreme pride in his shop, and is happy to rectify any issues if ever there are any. This really is a local gem! Tip: Although I have gotten pizza here standard as it comes for decades, and it's already thin and delicious, I recently tried ordering 'thin crust' and 'well done' from the app options. Was given a recommendation for this place from a local friend, still on a quest to find good pizza! Nonni's was good, we had a large well done half cheese half tomato/garlic. pleased to say the pizza itself was excellent, will definitely order again. the calzone on the other hand was not very good, the ratio of dough to contents was off, making it a mess to eat. The chicken tenders were nothing spectacular. we appreciated the free bread sticks but cinnamon was a poor choice, garlic or cheese probably would have been ok. The owner of this Pizzaria, despite needing help in his restaurant (saw the help wanted post on Facebook), took his time to drive to the White Mountains in New Hampshire, specifically, Mount Cardigan in Orange, NH. I ordered from uber eats and the food was really good. The small pizza was more than enough to fill me up and the garlic cheesy bread reminded me of childhood for some reason. The food was good the only issue was that they gave the wrong order to the uber eats guy so i had to have him go back and get the right order for me. Other than that there was also a small hair i found inside one of the boxes so maybe just invest in hairnets or hats for the chefs to wear since there are some other reviews of people finding hair on their pizza. CELIAC FRIENDLY! They have a dedicated area for pizza and pizza toppings! On their website they explain how they have been trained to prevent cross contamination and are aware of the issue cross contamination can cause for celiacs. Worst pizza I ever had. Tasted like dominos but worse. Asks for extra sauce, no. Toppings were light. I only went here because they were offering a coupon 50% off. Still terrible. My Fiance and I just moved to Revere and as a reward for everyone helping us move, my dad got us pizza from Noni's. He found it here on Yelp and it was the closest place to our new apartment. We ordered it on-line and got free bread sticks with each large pizza we ordered. The bread sticks were pretty good (they had cinnamon ones with frosting or cheesy ones or garlic cheesy ones). I have to agree with Carrie E. this fits the same niche that Papa Gino's fits. If it didn't come with the free bread sticks, I would say the pizza is on the pricey side for what you get. Overall, I'd say this place is mediocre and a bit overpriced were it not for their specials. read more

Ordered take out from here today at 1:30pm for the buffalo chicken pizza and Roni sticks. I was told it was only going to take 30 mins for delivery and after an hour passed, I called again to find out where my food was. I was told that the guy went to the house rang the door bell and nobody answered and then proceeded to call me, but no one picked up. I told them that nobody called me and my door bell never rang. There was no apology for this, but instead was told that the food was cold now and that new food would have to be made. I confirmed my address with them and at 3:30ish my food arrived. The pizza boxes actually had the wrong address and phone number printed on them. I don't mind Nonni's making the mistake, but an apology would have been nice instead of accusing me of not answering the door or my phone. I'm annoyed with the service, but the food is decent. ----12/28/10 Update Just as an update, I think everyone should know I was contacted by the owner who made things right with me with a credit to order on another day. We just moved to the area and Nonni's was among the menus that the leasing office provided us with. We had menus for 3 other pizza places in the area, but went with Nonni's because their pictures looked better than the others. This was our first time ordering from a non-chain pizza place in the area. What a mistake! We ordered from them on a Sunday night around 8:00pm. The girl who answered the phone didn't say "hello" or "thank you for calling such-and-such" but rather quickly barked "NONNI'S!" at me as a greeting. I placed my order and gave her my credit card number. As I finished the final number she said quickly, "you're all set," and hung up immediately. No "thank you." No "good bye." Just hung up quickly. The delivery was very quick, but when my fiance brought the pizza into our place we both commented that it smelled funny/bad. He said it smelled like vomit. We hoped for the best and opened the box, only to find a burnt pizza. The edges were BLACK and there was little black bits all over the box that had flaked off. We were too hungry and tired to care so we ate some anyway and tossed the rest. We also tossed their menu. As an aside, I noticed today that their charge came up on my statement as "Nana's pizza." What's up with that? Looks like they've gotten great reviews on here but they made a terrible first impression on us. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area and hopefully we'll find one that's a bit more friendly and knows how to cook a pizza. read more

It was New Years Day, and after cooking all day for fun, I didn't want to cook dinner. On top of that I was craving pizza and so was the boyfriend. So pizza it is! We called our usual pizza place - closed! We tried the second runner up - closed! Oh no, this isn't looking good, stupid holiday! I went to the trusty menu drawer and pulled out a menu for Nonni's that we got in the mail. They had a coupon for a free pizza, yes totally free, all we had to do was pick it up. And the key factor, they were open and just 2 miles down the road. I really wanted a salad with my pizza, but they don't have salads. Pizza, calzone, breadsticks and wings, that's it. I suck it up and decide to make my salad at home and we order the pizza. It was good, but not great. I can't see myself going back with the better options in the neighborhood. Their menu is lacking, and the pizza toppings are just blah. Think Papa Gino's. Also, the large pizza we got just didn't seem that large. I do still appreciate the fact that they were actually open on New Years and that the pizza was free. Next year though, I'll plan for this in advance and make sure I have pizza in the days leading up to New Years and maybe crave Chinese food that day instead! read more

Reasons why Nonni's is great and you should buy their pizza: A) You can order on-line, that means there is no messing up of the order, and if there is then that means that that person can not read a computer screen and what kind of individual is that?!?!?!?! (sorry about the run on there) B) You can set your pick up time. This feature is, awesome. Say that you have to run errands and you want to have pizza for dinner, but you know that if you order the pizza before you leave then it will be cold when you pick it up and you do not want to wait for it at the place. This feature fixes that for you. Like I said, awesome. C) They have a smart car delivery car! D) The pizza is really good. This use to be my go to place for pizza but it has went down hill. The pizza's have shrunk so much and for the price you aren't getting much. My pizza tonight honestly has one slice that has crust on it the others are missing crust, never actually seen that before.
