Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco yesterday and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent. He came today and went right to work. He wasn't trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem by getting down to it. I kept asking him questions and he answered them all until I realized I was talking too much for him to focus on the task in front of him. The panel needled a part which he left the premise to go and get. He went outside and caulked silicon to make it waterproof. The power was back up. He charged me a very reasonable amount and I paid him by Zelle. He gave me an estimate for a possible future work and that was very reasonable as well. I love the fact that he wasn't a salesman but rather a true professional who cared that I had safe and functioning electrical system. His demeanor is topnotch fielding all of my questions patiently. If I could give Ben and his crew 10 stars I would. A total absolute kind gentleman. Outstanding work. I was tripping circuits every time I used my microwave, or anything. I called Ben in the morning and he met me at my house in the afternoon after work. I had a water leak from the meter into the circuit box, it was rusty, the circuit wires burnt - and so was the circuit box. Former electricians kept piggybacking-all was such a fire hazard, everything had to be replaced. First, he fixed that circuit right then on Wednesday, came back Saturday with an amazing crew--Jose and Edwin (love those guys). They replaced my outside meter and rewired outside and, gave me a new circuit box inside and newly rewired that, put surge protector on box. It was a work of art. Having them in my home was like having family. They were all perfectionists, neat, clean. I only wish I needed more work to get done to have them back. I loved having them in my home. They did such exceptional work and were such perfect gentleman. We had looked through several electric companies to do a full electric upgrade of our house. Finally we decided on Bianco Electric, and we were very glad with our choice. This included upgrade of old electric panel and main electric line to 150A, water main line, ground rod installation, installation of interior recess lights throughout each and every rooms, exterior soffit lights, upgrade of all outlets including GFCI and appliance outlets. We were very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, expertise and workmanship. Ben Bianco saved Christmas! It was 4:30pm on Christmas Eve and while prepping for my Christmas party I blew a fuse or line that just so happen to include my oven. No matter what we tried we couldn't get it back on and EVERYONE said "you'll never find an electrician today!" Thank god for yelp and Bianco Electric! After leaving a detailed message with the answering service, Ben returned my call within 10 minutes and said he'd come by before his party at 6pm - "not a problem!" I couldn't believe it. Ben was prompt, neat and extremely knowledgable. Despite it being a holiday, Ben wasn't the slightest bit rushed; took his time to check every outlet in the house and then explained the peculiar issue we were having (our house was built in the 30's so still have some of the original wiring.) Fantastic company they were recommend by one of my neighbors I called with an emergency that had my carbon monoxide detectors going off in the house and my wife was extremely worried so when I called them Ben was able to come over the same day and I had had this problem a few years ago and the electrician couldn't properly take care of it but Ben figured it out and had it fixed within 20 minutes and he did such a great job that my wife had him install about 20 lights underneath the soffit on the 1st and 2nd floors in front of my house as well as running all the electric from the back of my house underneath my brick patio.He and his crew installed lights all around the patio and out to my basketball court.Prices were very reasonable and much more important to me the work was great very neat and efficient and this was almost 2 months ago.I highly recommend Ben and Bianco electric to anyone. read more

I called Bianco Electric for an estimate to upgrade my electrical service to 200 amps and upgrade my circuit breaker panels. Ben showed up on time as promised and provided a very fair estimate compared to the others I received. Ben provided photos of the equipment being installed without hesitation when I asked. Bianco Electric was always transparent and communicative. They made sure all of the electrical connections were clean and well organized, and went through my home at the end to label all of the breakers. I called around local electricians to find out if I have an issue with the service entrance cables from the house. Out of the 6 companies I contacted, only 2 called me back promptly. One of them was basically a receptionist trying to schedule the electrician to come out for some fee without knowing anything about the issue. Ben called me back and had a professional chat about the service line and rough estimates over the phone. He even offered to take a look at photos just to get a quick verification that there is indeed an issue that needs to be addressed. It turns out the system appears to be recently replaced and what I thought was an issue was just old paint. He was very friendly and professional. Bianco was the electrical contractor on a new construction home that I recently purchased. I also hired them myself to do some additional upgrades beyond what the builder was planning to do. The quality of the work is outstanding. I was at the house during the electrical inspection and the inspector said the same thing. I was also really impressed by Benny and his crew. All of the guys were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I stopped by while they were in the middle of working and noticed that they laid out blankets on the floors (which were just finished and polished the day before) so that their supplies didn't cause any scratching. Not everyone would think to do that, but it's much appreciated when someone does. I'd recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future when I need additional work done. read more

This is the first Yelp review I've written - had to because Bianca Electric was that great. After leaving messages with other electricians and not getting called back, I called Bianco Electric. The receptionist asked if this was an emergency and I responded that in my world it was. I had just moved into a new house And had a new electric stove delivered. It couldn't be installed because the old stove was tied directly into the power line. The stove had to be removed and I needed an outlet installed. Ben was there within a few hours and even brought over an updated cord for the stove which I didn't know I would need. He was super nice and even helped me move the old stove out of the kitchen. I called this electrician due to his rating but never met him. I left a message yesterday and Mr Ben Bianco called me back within 30 mins , I told him what I needed and asked me to call him tomorrow ( meaning today 4.4.17 so I did , he answered with such happiness and I explained what I needed and he met me at the address given within the time frame he gave ! He came over to me before we went into business and it was like we were best friends . He did his thing and after we left he gave me advise as if he was my brother or relative . I called Bianco electric for my mother after first researching other electricians and found that this company has been around for over 30 years. This means a lot to me. She was noticing some of her lights were flickering. They were nice over the phone and and arrived that day. He offered a safely inspection of her electrical system since it hasn't been checked in years then noticed that a lot of the breakers were all different brands and that they were burning. He let is know that these breakers were suppose to match the panel and to be updated every 25 years in order to keep us safe. He did a great job replacing the panel and meter box. I have to say that we are beyond pleased with Bianco Electrics. A breaker tripped and it turned out there was a short somewhere. We lost power to our kitchen, dining and living rooms. Our house was originally wired by a young Ben in 1991. Fast forward to September 2018. I had a water leak that was leaking into my Circuit Breaker Panel causing "arcing" and corrosion that needed to be replaced immediately.
