We hired them to put electric into kitchen so they had to go thru basement and up thru wall the worker drilled a hole thru my new wooden kitchen floor. Then in basement we wanted electric for generator they finished and then the manager finally came to review their work and they had did it wrong the manager said if this was left it would have started a fire. He redid it..why wasn't a guy here to watch over them if they were incapable of doing the work. Never again read more

At this point I've gone through multiple electricians renovating our home. This company are the only ones that are very responsive and ALWAYS on time. Not only do things run smooth with them but they also do outstanding CLEAN work and I'm glad I went with them to do a bulk of the electric in the house. I would've used them for the entire house but we did have a contractor with his own electrician - night and day comparing the two lol... I highly recommend and would use them going forward for any electrical issues and fixes for my house. They appeared to be responsive in getting to our home for the quote. The father, who is the main expert in this family-run business, spent time with us and explained our options. He said he would email us the quote within 48 hours. He left and we never heard from him again. Why waste our time and his - come to that. If he decided he did not want to even give us a quote or not do the work, just say so there and then or even after the fact. The first time I hired No Shorts Electric, I needed last minute help installing an electric oven that was delivered the day before Thanksgiving. The installers from the company I purchased it from couldn't figure out how to properly install it. Dominick was able to accomodate my family the day before a major holiday and literally saved the day for us! I bought a cooktop that needed installation. Best Buy came out and was unable to install because of the oven and stove using the same line. I called No Shorts, and was told I could get a same day appointment. Stanley came a few hours later and created a new line, installed the cooktop, took the old one with him, all in under an hour. When my wife turned on our electric range it shorted out and tripped the breaker. Having already replaced the control board in the range a year ago, I thought to do the same again this time. Upon doing so, however, there was no current at the outlet, even though I thought that I had reset the breaker properly. Yesterday the Wife used a HairBlower to seal window plastic around the A/C unit & forgot the space heater was on tripped the breaker. I tried to reset breaker with no luck.
