This is my go to garage for honest quick inspections. They helped me out with an enhanced inspection in the past for a title transfer and I just got my jeep back from a regular inspection. Horrific company!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Lady on the phone (same lady you encounter when you physically go to the garage) is the most unprofessional person, rude, demeaning and just plain nasty. My 18 year old daughter got into a 3 car accident (1st ever accident) and this garage single handedly made the situation worse. The police had the car towed to them, my 18 year old had no idea what was going on as she was in shock and hurt from the accident and we (her parents) were not on scene yet. Neither the tow truck driver on scene, nor the lady at the front desk when we went to the garage to see the car, explained anything regarding the vehicle, tow, or storage of the vehicle to us. On top of that, they would not let my daughter get her belongings from her vehicle until the next day. When she arrived at 830am the next day (when they opened), the lady told her she could not get her belongings until 10am. My concussed daughter had to sit there with her step father for an hour and a half. Then, at 953am she asked if she could please get her stuff including water as her head hurt and she didn't feel well. This same lady refused because it was not 10am exactly. At this point once her belongings were gathered, nobody explained prices to us. We were physically there twice with no explanation of costs. When we called less than 48 hours later to get the car towed away from this garage (accident happened on the 22nd, we called on the 24th) they tried to charge us almost 900 dollars for towing the wrecked vehicle 3 MILES AND STORING IT FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS. We were hung up on multiple times when asking questions about this. We ended up paying 650 dollars. My 18 year old was completely taken advantage of by this company. Helen in the office was the most ignorant Customer service person I have ever talked to. My Granddaughter had an accident and went to the hospital. She was very upset so I called to get pricing for towing and storage. She wouldn't give me pricing saying my granddaughter had to settle down and call back Maybe she may be able to make a deal . To be perfectly honest she was a bitch. I don't know how she keeps her job. They ended up breaking her window then they ruffled through her glove Box and put all papers on the seat and the title disappeared. Don't go there!!! read more

WORST : One of worst experiance in life... Car broke down near a signal, police have towed car with Bibers Garage towing service... It happaned at 10:00 PM Saturday... Sunday office closed... I went monday to tow the car to a repair shop... Lady at the office is very very rude and inhuman .... She charged $600 ($450 for towing and $150 for 3 day storage, even car was there only 36 hrs) ... When I did ask question, she put another $60 as admin fee... I literally had to say 100 times sorry for asking question to remove the admin fee... How can someone be so inhuman? AVOID Bibers Garage if you can and never do any business with them... I will rate them -10 if possible. read more

This place is terrible and the owner and the front desk lady should be in jail as far as I'm concerned. They pray on people's downfalls and verbally assault you along the way. Myself, my mother and my daughter were all verbally assaulted by the front desk, lady. They are unreasonable and abusive. I would avoid this place like the plague. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting the South Fayette Police to make sure that they do not give these people any more business! My daughter lost everything that night and they were just evil and cruel! They tried charging her for Keys and broke her window when the keys were literally on top of the car and the window was down. They tried charging her for cleanup when she was the one hit. They charged $450 And $200 for one day storage. This is what they do to a single who lost her entire livelihood and if that wasn't bad enough, they verbally assault you on top of that! they have a 1.9 rating for a very good reason and it's too high for even them. They should have a zero rating as far as I'm concerned and I'm gonna do everything I can to make sure that 1.9 goes down as far as I can please avoid these people they are criminals! I even tried calling the owner because I wanted him to know how his employee was acting. He acted the same way so he condone the behavior. read more

my boyfriend got into a wreck and was already very stressed. the company treated him like he was stupid and the woman on the phone was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. they didnt create a ticket for the tow job initially so they told the insurance company they didnt have his car, leading everyone to think it was lost. when my boyfriend called for an update and to figure things out, the woman answered the phone but didnt say anything. when he tried to say hello she responded with "are you gonna tell me what you want" honestly just made a stressful experience even worse. will not be referring anyone to this company. read more

I was in an accident on 376W just the other day and was told by the state trooper I "get a tow with an accident" and it was already on the way, without checking with me, even though I was on the phone with AAA arranging for my own FREE tow and my car was safely pulled off the road...Biber's showed up to take my car, give me a business card telling me where my car would be and off they went. When I called, after all the commotion, to ask what happens next they answered, but said I'd have to call back tomorrow because they were closed (their site says 24 hours)..When I called the next morning they said I owed $350 for the tow and $50 a day starting the day before, for storage! The storage fee is waived if they fix it or buy the car from you. I now owe them $400 and my car is basically totaled for my purposes so I asked if they would want to buy it knowing they could fix it and resell it, but the cost would be more than the car was worth for me to get fixed. They offered to take my bill down to $150 and keep the car.. ..Brand new: headlight, 2 tires, brakes and rotors, and other misc parts that I don't know the names of, but I had just recently put $1900 into it AND a full tank of gas. I countered with, "you keep it and squash my $400 bill." They said no. SHYSTERS! They knew I was stuck and it would cost more to move it and sell it so they took complete advantage of me and my vulnerable situation. I have a friend who said they used to be great when the dad owned the business, but has turned to crap since the grandson took over. What a disrespectful way to continue the family name. We used to take our cars here years ago and it was always a good experience, so when my brother's car broke down in Oakdale, I referred him to Bibers. Unfortunately it was a horrible rip off for him. They charged $75 to tow his car two miles, then $200 to tell him they couldn't find out what was wrong. He could not get a hold of them for several days. Then they charged him another $125 for a "storage fee". Ridiculous, expensive and rude. I would never refer them to anyone even if your car breaks down right in front of their shop! read more

After being towed from Robinson Town Centre parking lot (in a legal spot, mind you), I was then forced to pay $200 to get my car out because "those spots are for customers only". After explaining that I was, in fact, a customer WITH reciepts, they said that I also rode the bus, which I guess isn't allowed. Even though there is a bus stop 10 feet away. Interesting. So, $200 later and a phone call to the police I have learned that they have towed 22 people from the Town Centre since Monday. They sit and wait for you to leave. I was in a car accident on 4/10/17 and had to unwilling get it towed because the state patrolman said that we couldn't wait for my triple A tow they called biber's and towed it not even 5 miles (4.7 if you take the hanky farms exit ) which was $250 so when I went to get my stuff out of my car the next day they charged $100 over night fee which it wasn't even there for 12 hours. Beware!! Bibers is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The car was towed to Biber's after a minor accident. Was told it had to be checked to be sure it was "road safe" before it could be driven from their lot. After hundreds of dollars in towing, the car sat there for three days because they didn't have time to check it....was charged $35 per day for those three days. The car was NEVER checked because quote...."they never got a chance to check it". So not only was I charged for the towing, but also charged for three days of impound fees. REALLY??? WHY??? There was NO reason to be charged an impound fee. We were at their mercy and had to pay all fees before they would release the car. How do you sleep at night Bibers?? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will tell everyone I know about the horrible treatment. And the vulgarity inflicted on my daughter for pulling onto their lot and parking in the "wrong" place is infuriating to say the least. How dare you treat people with such total and utter disrespect.
