We purchased our beautiful Lillie Rae from Star Pups. My husband and I was just browsing and not…read moreintending to buy, but she stole our hearts right away. We had a great experience with Nancy. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with each customer. We are happy with our purchase of a toy Morkie. The only down fall is Lillie Rae is difficult to potty train outside. She was used to using the bathroom in the crate. This has been quite the challenge but we are hoping that she will eventually learn not to use it where she plays and sleeps. Other than that she is healthy and happy.

Bummed - but we crossed our fingers, hoped for the best & made a bunch of calls, one of which was to Paige who very patiently discussed her background, the services they offered (without any hardsell) & also asked what our expectations were with grooming. No one else did that. Scheduled an introduction the very next day when I could check out the facility & she could meet the boys. Within minutes I could tell this was someone who really loved her job & proved to be as skilled as she was personable. We've been back now multiple times & can honestly say this salon never disappoints. Very fair pricing, conveniently located & stellar customer service...TRIFECTA! I like the fact that everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, its not something you can fake. They pride themselves in providing a positive & enjoyable experience for both the owners & their furry loved ones. The convenience of being able to get our grooming needs met & buy dog food, treats, & chewtoys in one stop is an added bonus.

I did not realize this when I paid and went back the next day to let them know and assumed I would get a partial refund for their mistake. Not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. When I brought it to the employees attention she went in to manager's office for 10 minutes just to come out and say they could not do anything about it but told me next time it will only cost $109 because they will change him in their system to the correct breed, when I paid $130. I said that makes zero sense I should be getting a $21 refund, because they had just admitted to charging for the wrong sized dog. Again manager wouldn't come out to tell me herself. I adopted this dog last week and this is the closest grooming service near my house. They could've had a customer for years but now I will never go back because of a simple mistake that could've been fixed very easily on their end.

01-11-2025 Having…read morebeen cancelled by for a Vet no-show last minute for our previous visit, and having made an appointment for care at 10:15, and having shown up on time for said appointment, one would assume, nay, one would expect, that said appointment would happen on/at (or at least near) that pre-stated appointment time. Nope! We were told the staff would not even be there for another 15 minutes, and would need 5 minutes to set up. No call made to let us know of the delay. Strike 1. Unsurprisingly, at 10:50 we are still waiting to get checked in, and just told the Dr isn't even here yet. Strike 2. * The store itself is clean, bright, and well stocked, but the lack of professionalism, apathetic staff, and disorganized nature of the whole event all add up to equal Strike 3 and our last visit to this location. 11:00 Checked in but still waiting for the Vet. 11:03 Vet is here but they are taking someone's dog who came in after us because it "only" needs a rabies shot. 11:13 Tech is apparently unfamiliar with or (afraid of) handling dogs, but we made it through. - One less reason to visit this part of town again...

Michael is a very professional and knowledgeable sales associate and he had loads of patience with me asking so many questions about this tortoise on several occasions. The hood care and insistence that a customer cannot purchase an animal without their strict list of supplies to insure the best care is commendable . My little tortoise. PAWS For Love is located on the lower level of the Gardens Mall near Sears. This temporary store benefits Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee. If you make a donation of a certain amount, you can select one of the many stuffed animals dogs adorning the walls. They also have dog-related merchandise inside for sale. The store is nicely decorated and inviting, more of a living room feel than a pet store feel. Sometimes they have real live dogs in the store inside little gated areas. We will definitely be back to see them in person.
