This place is AMAZING!!!!! My Yorkshire Terrier is very nervous and mild mannered and they welcomed her and provided her a nice and calm experience. Even when we entered it was like club music and when they saw her nervous they changed the music to relaxing which we appreciated. They answer their phone they took direct notes on the cut I was looking for and the exceeded my expectations 100% I completely recommend this place and they gave the cutest haircut even cuter than any other we have had in miami! I wish we lived closer! We were visiting and I googled dog groomers and they had 5 stars and I know why! You will be completely satisfied! I think it have never gotten the perfect cut in miami because NO ONE has ever asked me What I would like and they just clip The hair and shove the dog out the door in miami ... so I'm so grateful for this attention and care! And even if we visit while we Travel we will book because they are This GOOD!

Claudia, who I assume is the general manager or owner, truly does remarkable work. I brought my Chiweenie in for a bath, nail clipping, and trim - the works. Unfortunately, because she already has such short hair, they said they do not have the tools to trim her. On the other hand, they mentioned that what she really needed was a de-shedding. It was unreal how much just a few strokes of one of their brushes took off. I was in awe! Long story short, about an hour later my Chiweenie was cleaned, groomed, clipped, and ready to come home. Everyone at Bubbles & Bows - namely Claudia - were quick, efficient, and extrodinarily helpful. She even advised me on what type of brushes to purchase, where to purchase them, and how to use them in case the next time I wanted to de-shed my doggo myself. This is the type of business others should strive to emulate - instead of feeding me nonsense on products and services I didn't need or want, she gave it to me clear and simple, with just enough detail. I don't have a single complaint about this place, and for me that is quite rare. I highly urge you to take your pup or cat here for any of their grooming, bathing, or clipping needs!

Wonderful place, wonderful owner, someone who genuinely loves animals and is skilled and personable in every way. Brought our adopted, rescue, 8yr-old Persian in for a haircut. He'd recently had an obstruction caused by a hairball from his grooming his full-length coat. Claudia was kind and professional. She explained the length options with demonstrative cuts and then even called us after an hour when his shampoo and nails were done to say he was doing great, and that they were about to cut his fur back. and hour later she called to say he was done. Fabulous job, the cat is walking around the house showing off his haircut to his cat siblings and our near-120 lb Alaskan Malamute that thinks he's a sibling. An excellent experience in every way. We would NOT go anywhere else, as our prior experiences with other groomers were nowhere near as great.

The owner and staff are so nice, professional and very loving to myself and my Oreo. They always recommend ways for me to keep up grooming at home and even spend time demonstrating things I can do. Their attention to detail when I bring a picture of how I want her cut is always welcomed. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for right! This is worth it.

Grown out haircut and it's still beautiful!

It's been a year later and I still cannot recommend Claudia and her team more. They truly love your pets like their own and want them to enjoy their experience. Such amazing customer service! We are on a road trip from Miami to Nashville with our two fur balls. We made a pit stop in West Palm so they could relieve themselves. When we got back in the truck there was a funky smell in the air. Of course, dreaded anal glands! I immediately jumped on Yelp to find a groomer willing to take our 80lb coonhound in at the last minute. Bubbles n Bows came through for us. Spoke to Erika, who was very sweet and told us to bring him in asap. They bathed him and got him smelling like a rose. Erika even gave me an extra bandana for our little guy. Thanks so much ladies! Wish we had you closer to home.

I have gone to Bubbles and Bows for two years. I have two senior dogs. My female Saint Berdoodle tore her ACL last year so it made it very difficult for her to stand on the table to be groomed. Claudia and her team took her xtra steps to make sure my sweet baby had "comfort care" while there and because of it, had no difficulties. Macy recently had to be put to sleep, but again I found Claudia and her team compassionate and caring beyond what I could ever expect! I highly recommend this business! read more

After going to a few other dog groomers, and getting charged a lot for very little... a friend of ours (Arlo's mom) recommended Bubbles N Bows! And we are SO happy she did! Claudia is such a caring and friendly person, and you can tell that our pets are her #1 priority! Her and her staff do an amazing job on our sweet girl Fisher and we will be coming to her as long as we can! Fisher always leaves there looking and feeling like a whole new girl, and a cute little bandana! And it's just down the street from our house, which is awesome! If you're looking for a place that is clean with excellent communication, accommodations, and a great staff I highly recommend Bubbles N' Bows! Claudia was so sweet in helping me with my yorkie's much needed grooming and I will definitely come back again once his fur is nice and healthy. Claudia is very thorough. She always goes into detail to make sure that she understands what the client wants down to every detail. I have had my Australian Shepherd groomed here at least three times. And I'm always very happy with the result. She usually says the groom will take about three hours, but it has never taken that long so I recommend you just stay in the area until she calls you for pick up. read more

This groomer always does their best to accommodate busy schedules. The pup is always happy when I pick up and looks like a million dollars. They like you to drop off and pick up within appointment time, but are understanding of timing. They are the very best! Have been going for 3 years now! read more

I Was looking everywhere for a nice groomer with great prices that can take teddy ASAP! I called bubbles n bows and they were able to take teddy on the spot! Service and quality was 5 stars. Two different dogs i have brought to bubbles and bows and both dogs were returned with massive flea infestations. Neither dog ever had flea problems as they are entirely house dwellers and within one day of returning to our home both dogs were infested. Never again read more

I brought my Puggle here for the first time. The owner was so friendly! They did a great job de shedding and bathing him, as well as the gland. The owner was very honest and transparent explaining that they didn't trim his nails, because it was stressing him out and they didn't want him to have a bad experience. We had to suddenly evacuate hurricane Ian and drove to family in west palm. Originally I Called…read morethe Vet who happens to be near Pet Paradise Riviera Beach but they board only their clients. Instead they recommended pet paradise ! Clean and zero odors. Our cat was housed in a 4 level tower with litter box at base/ hole up to the bed/ another hole to a 3rd cube and then the top cube. Cubes approx 24" wide x 15-18 " deep x 20" high. 3 walls of these towers in a room approx 18' wide x 14' deep with the front huge glass window on the 4 th wall looking out to the counter-entrance-center of reception. In the large middle area are all types of scratching boards, tunnels and other toys for the cats to enjoy one at a time in their daily stretch time outside of their 4 story 'condo'. Boarding cost $35 a day and they can feed/ or you bring their food toys blankets. They accept dogs too. Saw several very large dogs get picked up. They have three locations too! Súper find!

Let's talk about the doggy daycare. My dog can be aggressive and I mentioned that I wasn't sure he would be good around other dogs. They wanted to try and give him a chance so I did. With summer heat making it hard to go outside, I'm very pleased knowing she's playing inside with air conditioning. The employees have all been kind, and they tell me Jolene is easy as she loves both the dogs and the staff. At the end of the day, I receive a "report card" and photos. I love to hear about which dogs she especially enjoyed that day. I also like that I can bring her in for a half day only -- up to five hours, and at a very fair price! I'm really glad I decided to try them out for daycare. They are a big help!

I recently brought my Shi Poo , Madison, to Bubbles and Bows Dog Groomers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to get to know Madison and understand her grooming needs, which made me feel confident that she was in good hands. The facility is spotless and well-organized, with a calming atmosphere that put both Madison and me at ease. The groomers are true professionals who clearly love what they do. They were patient and gentle with Madison. When I picked Madison up, he looked fantastic! Her coat was shiny and perfectly trimmed, and she smelled amazing. The groomers even managed to trim her nails, something other groomers have struggled with in the past. They also provided a detailed report on how the grooming went and any observations they had, which I really appreciated. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the little extra touches, like the cute bandana and The bows, Madison was wearing when I picked her up. It's clear that Bubbles and Bows goes above and beyond to ensure both pets and their owners have a positive experience. I brought my puppy here for her first ever professional bath and haircut. Claudia was amazing from beginning to end. I reached out to her on a Saturday morning and she was able to get me in that same day an hour after I contacted her. When I got there she explained the process and how everything works. The other two employees that were there were also very friendly and welcoming when I came in. You can tell they definitely loved the dogs they worked with and enjoyed what they do! We talked about the kind of cut I wanted and we also looked at pictures of other dogs they've groomed and I was able to pick and choose exactly what I wanted. She even sent me pics and progress reports throughout the entire session so I could see exactly what was going on and how my dog was going. After a horrifying dog attach, our Cozette underwent emergency surgery, she was left with dozens and dozens of stitches, a drain tube and open punctures to her head, neck, shoulder and back leg. Subsequently her fur had to be shaved in those injured areas. Knowing it will take months for her fur to grow back, she still needed to be bathed and groomed. When I dropped her off at Bubbles and Bows, I asked them to do groom her as if she were their own dog. Together, the groomers collaborated on a cut and when I arrived to get her I could not have been happier. Not only was I thrilled with her appearance but I could see and feel Cozett's relief to be free of dried blood, mats and dirt. I have no hesitation in recommending Bubbles and Bows. Claudia and Diego are the owners of Bubbles and Bows. They have been grooming my Maltipoo "Marty" for a year and they are the Amazing! Also, I had to suddenly leave town for a funeral in England. They took the best care I have ever experienced. Marty was Soooo happy staying with them for 3 weeks, and since I came home a week ago he's showing signs of depression. I'm sure it's because he's missing them? I am going to ask them to daycare him a couple of times a week so he gets the doggy socialization he wants. Compared to other salons and boarding facilities' the Price is right, and you have no worries. Very satisfied with our first visit. Claudia listened to what we wanted, and she asked us several questions to make sure she understood exactly what the health situation was, and she thoroughly explained their process. The end result was our Shih Tzu was safely groomed, and in the way we requested. We felt comfortable leaving our boy in their care, and Claudia updated us twice during the grooming process with photos via text message. And, our initial contact involved asking for a price quote through Yelp messaging, and we received quick and helpful replies. Bubbles N bows is a wonderful pet grooming facility . The owner Patti is working on site making sure all her clients are totally pleased . I am new to the area and had taken my dog to three other groomers in the area and was not pleased with the grooming experience . I got referred to bubbles N Bows from my vet . Took our dog Marly to Bubbles and Bows for her first visit to a Groomer. Marley is a rescue and she has sight problems which makes her nervous in new environments.
