Your law firm employees were ALWAYS drinking wine and or hard liquor when my representative and I showed up to talk with who I needed. Not only that, when it came down to the big hearing this man showed up 15 mins late..... (isn't the attorney usually there before thier plaintiff or defendant) I saw him walk up to the Social Security with a glass bottle of alcohol, poped it up downed it threw it away and then he noticed me and asked if he could get in line with me. I stared at him. I asked him why he was late his response "I live in Napa." I do understand Napa is a 3 hour drive from were the hearing was, however he is an attorney therefore I had to ask "Well you know, so why didn't you leave your place sooner." I do believe that the Harvey Sackeett that represented me is the Son of the Harvey I met initially, however his firm failed to tell or inform me of this transition of Harvey's. Which is very important. For 8 years! I kept an address consistent and phone numbers. I did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING on mu part I could do. Stick with the case management, the doctors, I ran around collecting documents that they already had, but they kept pushing me off. The other attorneys as well, were a bit snobbish when speaking to me as well. Which I found rude. So did my case manager. Not only that 2 months before the hearing they told me that they had moved offices and would no longer have an office in San Jose. A week before the big hearing.... they still had their sign Harvey Sackkett and associates in the window with the Open sign showing. I dont know how i lost that case. They were lousy representatives as i did most the work for them. Seriously. I was to be awarded over 909,867 in the cash back pay. Just the back pay for the 10 years i had been struggling with this case. Well i dont have any physical proof, but i do have several people that assisted me to my appointments and met every single one (which wasnt easy, at all) i was early and punctual.
