The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences.

The location was clean and nice inside. Service was wonderful and friendly. However I felt very hovered over. Our salesman followed us, asking continual questions after explaining we were insure as of yet. I know this is their job and no fault there, but I am more of a ask us if we need help, tell us where you'll be and allow us to talk openly with our partner amongst ourselves until we decide. It feels less pressure for me. All in all we left empty handed, but I'm not a posed of buying something here in the future. We just didn't find what we were loving this go round.

We are very pleased that our slings were replaced and look very nice. The personal at Absolutely Patio worked very hard to get Tropitone to replace our slings. The ladies went beyond to get Tropitone to replace our slings. We ended up selecting a different pattern. We would definitely recommend Absolutely Patio to buy your patio furniture.
