Driving down from Michigan on a Sunday afternoon it was harder to find a place to eat that looked appetizing & was open (that we haven't already tried yet) en route to Indy. It was a photo of Deviled Eggs posted on Yelp that got our attention. Unfortunately they no longer have them on the menu but the food was Excellent regardless. Located inside Sun King Brewery in Mishawaka, you walk up and order separately from the bar. Smash burgers are their specialty. I had the Frisco Melt with an Impossible Burger. The caramelized onions were SO good. They also prepared the sweet potato fries extra crispy like we requested. My husband had the Banger Fries and Fiesty Chicken Wrap which were also delicious. Was craving some burgers and patio seating so after some looking we found Biebs & Ash! Came down and picked a patio table along the Mishawaka river walk area! The place was spotless! The service was great and the food was delicious! Ended up with the bacon jam burger with a fried egg and OldBay fries with malt vinegar aioli. It was delicious and a true smash burger! This location shares a building with Sunking. It's loud, but offers outdoor seating which is nice. They have a variety of games you can play at your table. It's an interesting set up, we asked for water with our food order and had to wait for a Sun King server to round our table for it. The foods is delicious, our table had a buffalo chicken wrap, Nashville cheese curds, fry's and a few cheese burgers. Everyone left full! read more

Located inside the sun king brewery the food was excellent. I got the original burger and it was just a great smash burger. My boyfriend got the cave man and also enjoyed it. They had a parm option but for $4 I figured I'd stick with the burger and typical fries for $16. Everyone was kind and attentive from the start. Throughout the meal a worker came around asking how the food was and even offering to take trash out of the way. The original location in Goshen has been on our list try so we excited to hear they were taking over the Smash & Trash location inside Sun King Brewery. Let me tell you, this place lives up to the hype! There were four of us and we all LOVED our burgers. The hubby ordered the Americano with bacon jam and a perfectly oozy fried egg. The burgers come with fries with several upgrade options. He went with the Maryland fries with Old Bay seasoning and a male vinegar aioli which he loved. I ordered the Ol' Fashioned with melty brie, bourbon caramelized onions, tart cherry jam, bacon and arugula. My only complaint was it needed a bit more jam! The Hella Parm fries were an extra $4 and loaded with fresh parm - so good! Others in our group ordered the Frisco Melt and Peanut Butter smash and loved both. Loved the local and feel of the atmosphere, music, games and lots of people watching. We were greeted promptly & placed on the list to get the first available table. Meanwhile we were able to get in line to order to save time. Loved the menu was available via QR code so we could decide while we stood in line. Food came out pretty quickly & a server stopped by to see if we wanted any drinks from the bar. He also brought us to go boxes when we were finished. Burgers came out hot and fresh. Loved the crisp edges. Flavor was there on each of them and size was more than enough. Melt had a good balance of meat and cheese. Parm on the fries was fresh and tasted aged to perfection. Should have mixed it all together before eating to get an even coat on the full order. But enjoyed the presentation. Broccoli salad was good. I personally like a mine a little more on the sweat side but I would order it again as it was good overall. Butterfinger cinnis were a disappointment, I'm not sure if they were undercooked intentionally but they weren't warm, the dough was dense and dry and the flavors just did not mesh. I think it was dark chocolate used for the drizzle and the bitterness of that with the dense dry dough was too much. Our group of four all took 1 bite each and brought them home to try and bake a bit longer and retry. Over all food was good, service was top notch and atmosphere was on point. This is a cool spot inside of Sun King. The service is counter service, which is okay, but since you get a server for drinks, it doesn't make a lot of sense. It is a very casual environment. I do agree that it is a bit casual for the price involved. I ordered the pub cheese and pretzels and a burger. While the burger was great, the pretzels were not soft pretzels, but rather the hard pretzels like you buy at the store. I do wish there was an option for soft pretzels. Overall, it was good but I wouldn't get the pretzels again. Get the beibs burger and fries (add a side of aioli, it's great)! read more

I was very impressed by Beibs and Ash. Smashburger was phenomenal - I can't think of another place nearby with this good of quality. It was slower in the food area, but staff was attentive and I had a slight customization and they got everything correct, while being very friendly. The parmeasan garlic fries had generous aioli and Parmesan. It was a bit rich for me but they do not go light on the add-ons! Only con - it's a bit pricey.
