Elote smash burger, sweet potato fries, and beer flight

Go here for creative and tasty food! Their special at the time was an elote burger, which was as good as it sounds! Also try their sides because the sweet potato fries with marshmallow cream sauce was perfect! Great food and great location inside of the Sun King Brewery

Smashburger hits different, I will be comin back often. Vibe is dope there right on the river. A little pricey, but worth it.

Such a yummy spot! I honestly didn't know what to expect coming here but the food was fantastic! Crispiest fries in Michiana, even better with the Banger Fries upgrade for a $2 upgrade. They had a parm option but for $4 I figured I'd stick with the burger and typical fries for $16. Everyone was kind and attentive from the start. Throughout the meal a worker came around asking how the food was and even offering to take trash out of the way. I was pleasantly surprised with the drink options (all cans), as I love Ash & Elm & enjoyed the Camp Summer Shandy. The lights were a bit bright for the vibe of the place but overall a pretty cool spot we'd probably revisit!

So good. Impressed that Biebs & Ash can maintain the same delicious quality as their 1st location. Best burgers in Michiana hands down. I even had mine on a gf bun and it was still fantastic! As for the location, love that they are in SunKing where we can have great burgers and beer together.

The Biebs Smash and Broccoli salad

Loved the local and feel of the atmosphere, music, games and lots of people watching. We were greeted promptly & placed on the list to get the first available table. Meanwhile we were able to get in line to order to save time. Loved the menu was available via QR code so we could decide while we stood in line. Food came out pretty quickly & a server stopped by to see if we wanted any drinks from the bar. He also brought us to go boxes when we were finished. Burgers came out hot and fresh. Loved the crisp edges. Flavor was there on each of them and size was more than enough. Melt had a good balance of meat and cheese. Parm on the fries was fresh and tasted aged to perfection. Should have mixed it all together before eating to get an even coat on the full order. But enjoyed the presentation. Broccoli salad was good. I personally like a mine a little more on the sweat side but I would order it again as it was good overall. Butterfinger cinnis were a disappointment, I'm not sure if they were undercooked intentionally but they weren't warm, the dough was dense and dry and the flavors just did not mesh. I think it was dark chocolate used for the drizzle and the bitterness of that with the dense dry dough was too much. Our group of four all took 1 bite each and brought them home to try and bake a bit longer and retry. Over all food was good, service was top notch and atmosphere was on point. We would recommend trying them out and we'll be back for sure.

Americano with upgraded Maryland fries (Old Bay seasoning with malt vinegar aioli for an extra $2)

The original location in Goshen has been on our list try so we excited to hear they were taking over the Smash & Trash location inside Sun King Brewery. Let me tell you, this place lives up to the hype! There were four of us and we all LOVED our burgers. The hubby ordered the Americano with bacon jam and a perfectly oozy fried egg. The burgers come with fries with several upgrade options. He went with the Maryland fries with Old Bay seasoning and a male vinegar aioli which he loved. I ordered the Ol' Fashioned with melty brie, bourbon caramelized onions, tart cherry jam, bacon and arugula. My only complaint was it needed a bit more jam! The Hella Parm fries were an extra $4 and loaded with fresh parm - so good! Others in our group ordered the Frisco Melt and Peanut Butter smash and loved both. It was busy, but you order at the counter and pick up when ready - took about 15 min for our orders. Highly recommend - great addition to the area!

Good burgers and fast service as always! They've also been rotating more appetizers and specials recently.

Mornin smash with sweet potato fries and marshmallow fluff

Sooo GOOD! we both had the "Mornin' Smash" $16 (spicy bacon cheese, sweety & spicy bacon jam, with a fried egg and two smash Pattie's. I had sweet potato fries (which came with marshmallow fluff on the side). He had regular fries and we both opted for the Red Zeppelin (Red Lager by Burn 'Em Down Brewery) What a treat for date night. Every bite was so delicious. Oh, we also had the Deviled Eggs as a shareable. Delectable!!! Every bite!

Besides that--I hardly have much of a demand, I just want to know if my burger comes with a patty or is just brisket, as it wasn't very clearly indicated in the "burger box" Super disappointing at such a price point/location. I expect more than being visited twice in nearly 30 minutes and only getting the response of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure" I left after taking two sips of my beer, and was chased out by some manager who FINALLY acknowledged us, only trying to get paid for the single ounce of beer that I consumed, as well as two sips of (warm)unsweetened tea that my grandmother had. It's not often I leave without paying, but if you're not going to acknowledge me and cant be at least a decent host, I'll just be on my way before i get too far in. When you charge $20 for a burger, I would think the service is matching that level of quality. Yes I would like a follow up, too. Because if you got my grandma following me in agreement, there's an issue. Really disappointing, probably won't make the stops like I used to. Place appears to need some quality help.

You'll remember how much you paid, how little you enjoyed it, and how fast you wished you'd gone literally anywhere else. This is the rare restaurant where you regret ordering while you're still chewing. The atmosphere tries to sell "rustic farm charm" but delivers "neglected barbecue joint that mistook vibes for effort." It's not cozy, it's not charming, and it certainly isn't worth planning a meal around. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. The Prized Pig isn't just bad barbecue, it's aggressively mediocre, which somehow feels worse. If you value flavor, money, or happiness, do yourself a favor and keep driving.
