I asked the attendants before each car wash at two different locations and they confirmed this but nonetheless, at the end of the wash I had to ask why they didnt vacuum, or even wipe down anything with a simple wet rag and not even conditioner. The manager lied and said he watched them do it. Lol i was speechless. There was literally crumbs on my door rail, on the floor, and still smudges on my dash and around the outside of the cupholder. He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in. I brought the engine of my 2014 Santa Fe to him on 02/6/26. After a month of no updates or phone calls, My husband drove to the shop to see the progress. Tony said they just needed to put it back together and the parts were there and just needed to be cleaned. (Used parts). We expressed our concerns about him installing used parts which was not part of the agreement/ quoted price. Mon 3/16/26 9:04am he said Engine ready. I picked it up a few hours later paid $2,500 in cash after negotiating the used parts concern and had it installed the next day. Mon 6/1/26 it started making a knocking noise in the engine and shut off on me at an intersection. I sent him a video with the sound and he replied "don't drive, bring it in" I had it towed to him at my expense same day. 6/5/26 I reached out to find out the diagnosis of the vehicle where in fact the engine went bad. Spoke with his Wife to negotiate a refund and she could not give me a refund because the shop doesn't have the funds to reimburse me. I will be taking legal action.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
