First of all... they drove my car fast over the ramps because I could see it and hear it slam hard. I got an oil change and the next day my car won't start. I wasn't having car problems, no check engine light, nothing but after the oil change and them telling me all these services I need now my car won't start the very next day. Also, they need to close the engine hood slowly and don't let it slam. read more

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a long time and the reason I do is the manager there has the best customer service you will find. He treats you like family and goes above and beyond to help you with your vehicle. I have a tundra and a hyundai sonata and I have taken both of them here for a long time. If I tell them I'm going on a long trip, they make sure everything is right on my vehicles. Unlike the time I took my other truck to the dealer to have the oil changed and they didn't put in all the oil they were supposed to, it was 2 or 3 quarts low. Have not even started getting serviced but very put off. Placed in line waited 1 hour and then when I was next to go in they had me back up and let some else go in front of me. I liked this center but after this customer service experience I will go elsewhere. read more

They charged me $90 for an oil change. They take advantage of young people coming in here and up-charging on everythingg they can without asking. I will never come back to any Jiffy Lube. read more

I understand because of the cold weather covid that people are doing their best to give good service but I literally was waiting for 20 minutes one gentleman came out to my car and said that he was going to move a truck and then I could park my car there 10 minutes later nothing another gentleman come 15 minutes later and says oh that might be something else wrong with my car if the check engine light is on I literally take my car to the dealer for everything else but a oil change I like Jiffy Lube for a oil change they do all my fluids and then I was like oh OK but do you think I should get my oil change because I'm going to California and coming back and he said no I don't think so but I am going to say that he let me go instead up selling me ''Here we have a code reader we can check it out for you you don't have to leave its just an extra charge but nothing none of that I literally had to go back and tell them that I bought a code reader to check what my car . Was running late going out of work, and they definitely went out of their way to help with my oil change with 15 minutes left in the work day. The manager was awesome. I like the small details, so something as simple as cleaning the inside of my windshield is huge. I appreciate the awesome quick service. read more

I'm not one to leave a review but this place is a joke let's push aside the fact that it took almost 2 hours to get a oil change when no one was in front of me but these guys are sloppy and careless I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 5500 with less then 10,000 miles on it and now my steering wheel makes a clicking noise every time you rotate the wheel cause not once , not twice , but 3 times these guys decided they were gonna hang off my steering wheel like it's a jungle gym , they were trying to turn the wheel while the truck was shut off cause they said they couldn't get to the oil filter off so they struggled and fought to turn the wheel they would've kept doin it if I didn't tell them they were gonna crack the steering column , also in the process of getting in and out of my truck I watch them swing the door into the car lift beside it and scruff my door but hey at least I got a $15 discount after all this ? So now I'm waiting for the dodge dealership to order parts to fix my truck that's luckily for me still under warranty even though it's jiffy lubes fault but I'm not gonna play middle man to get my truck fix through cooperate read more

The manager tries really hard , however the associates seem to have no sense of urgency . This location should take down the business sign and change name no Jiffy in this shop. 1 basic oil change 2 + hours . The original idea to of a Jiffy lube was to get in and get out . I think I will go to dealer next time or look to another location . read more

I went to this location midday on a Monday for an oil change. This is a oil change express station with two servicing stations. There was one vehicle being serviced when I arrived. They only had two attendants and said it would be 30 minutes before they could even start to work on my vehicle. The Walmart tire and lube express down the street got me right in. read more

I came to do my oil change on my bmw, the guy asked me if I wanted the same oil as last time, and I said yes. THEN another employee tells me I SHOULDVE gotten a different oil because that oil I got wasn't a good one. Very disappointed they didn't advice me on that before when I've been paying this much so many times. read more

This place is the worst place I have ever been too . My f250 ran great I brought it in to get oil serviced change air filter and fuel filters the Asst Manager Will or William said I'll take care of you I've been doing this a long time. After he tried to dry start my truck 4 times he said he was done. I got into the truck the check engine light was on before I even closer my door he failed to advise me of it being on he hooked up his computer reset . I drove 2 miles and my truck had all these messages saying reduced power all low fuel pressure and than the trick started limping and my truck wouldn't go over 30mph. I return a 2nd time they just reset it agin and advised me that when they 1st started the filter changes that I had an sensor unplugged under the truck and I asked him why didn't you say something in the 1st place Will did not have a responses at that point I knew this guy was a liar. I leave not even a block away everything comes back on once again. So at this point I have wasted 3hours of my day trying to get my truck serviced. I went back in to the shop and called Wills BS he got upset and Will proceeded to blame me for the issues we are having with my Truck, mind you he told me he would do everything and take care of me himself. Because him and the manager do not speak he had his mechanic call the manager. After the mechanic double checked Wills work on the truck Will had put gaskets on wrong and did it prime the truck properly and this is an Asst Manager. Not recommended just go to Walmart or somewhere else. read more
