They say the ultra package is supposed to have full service vacuum, wipe down the windows, and use conditioner on the interior sides/dash but none of that was done. I asked the attendants before each car wash at two different locations and they confirmed this but nonetheless, at the end of the wash I had to ask why they didnt vacuum, or even wipe down anything with a simple wet rag and not even conditioner. The manager lied and said he watched them do it. Lol i was speechless. There was literally crumbs on my door rail, on the floor, and still smudges on my dash and around the outside of the cupholder. He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in. We all know that takes forever and the person who replies doesn't care. read more

Today was third day in row with my car through this wash, still had stuff sticking to my car. I asked two different blue shirts about a different service to remove debris from car, no answer. Asked guy in white shirt (thought he might be better help-just as us useless), he proved to be no help. 9 people were standing around talking in groups, on the phone, or doing nothing. I had to ask for window cleaning fluid to remove debris from my car. I will try another Super Star Car location in future. This location is definitely sub par. read more

This is the 2nd month now that I have had to request a refund because I was charged for the wrong car wash package. Not only has June been charged for this amount but July has also been charged $36.95. I have had the same price $29.95 for the last 8-10 months. That's what I agreed to pay. I am really not satisfied with this at all, and I did not upgrade my subscription!! I spoke with several workers at the location that I go to on 19th avenue and baseline and no one has answers and continue to refer me to submitting an email for this issue. The problem with the email, it takes days for an actual response. I still haven't received a valid response regarding my refund for June. I've only received the same automatic reply that you are working on my service request. This is getting out of hand and if I hadn't paid attention to the charge, you would continue to do this. I have reached out about this issue last month, now you have done the same thing again this month. Super Star Car Wash - Shows active monthly charges back to January 2025 with last two months unauthorized increase. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Time for an oil change and car wash. I thought about going to Take 5 across the street for the oil change and then wash it myself but I had a $15 off coupon for Super Star and I'd been to Super Star before. When I arrived, I was generally ignored for a few mins but eventually the service manager approached me and said it would be 35 mins. It came to $98.39 after the discount. I took the receipt inside to wait. 45 mins later, the manager came in to upsell me on multiple services but I declined them. He said it would be 10 more mins. About 15 mins later, my car rolled out of the wash to be detailed. The detailing took another 20 mins. Sadly, the manager then approached me during detailing because another customer mishandled the car wash and hit my car, denting the rear panel. For the price, the chaos, the time and convenience, I think I'll go across the street next time. Sadly, events turned even further south, when after driving 20 miles, the check engine light and the low-oil light came on. I checked the dipstick and it was out of oil. Obviously I cannot recommend Super Star for any of their services. read more

I would rate this car wash a zero if it were an option. We cancelled our account two months ago, but company continued charging us. When we complained, we received an automated response from customer service that we would hear back in 3 days. Many days have passed and still no response. To make matters worse, we had two cars covered under our membership and they were charging us for three. Do NOT sign up for their monthly auto debit option. You cannot cancel it. Sadly, the washes were not that good and it appears that their brushes have left marks on our vehicles. read more

I paid for their most expensive full service wash and it might be the worst car wash I've ever had. The car was still dirty. There was obvious dirt on the outside that I could easily wipe off with a rag and very little effort. They didnt touch the rims, they were filthy. Didn't clean the windows, didnt vacuum. Luis in the auto shop always takes care of me and my wife. We needed a tune-up, transmission flush, gas treatment, and oil change for our black Honda Accord. As usual, we were in and out within 1.5 hours. Above and beyond service as I suspect they were able to fix my driver-side window that was causing me issues over the past six months. We typically use synthetic for this vehicle. Earlier in the year we were able to do an oil change with Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Baseline near the 202 Extension (new location). We were charged synthetic prices but our oil change sensor had us at 10% within three months with limited mileage - more or less, we weren't given synthetic, but charged as if we were. This has never been the case with the shop at Super Star who we've been using for at least 5 years. read more

Don't get any service done to your car here, if anything they do is wrong they will tell you it's a problem with the car maker and look at you like you're crazy. Horrible customer service. Rude clerks and attendants. The online customer service horrible. The actual car was was not even that good. I've only used that car wash since I bough my vehicle and I believe their chemicals have messed up the black trip around the windows of my car because it is faded. I've been a customer for 3 years. Many times the car was still not cleaned after washes, but I remained a customer. My car had not been washed in over a month. So I ran the car through a second time to get the bugs off. Well, the attendant ran over to my car yelling at me, very aggressive and asked me didn't I just go through once and I explained why I was going through another time. Their policy is you can go through twice. He was very angry and said "You must have the good plan" Now mind you the gate opened the second time I went through so he should have known. I was put off by his actions. Then, just so happened that my account was charged $37 dollars instead of $27. I called the store and the guy was hella rude and told me I had to email the company or come in. So I went into the store and the clerk was hella rude and immediately was like I can just cancel your account. She was so rude and hostile. Then customer service emailed me and said they cancelled my account and refunded me $7 that would come in 10 days. I had to email them back and ask where was the other $30. I just went through this car wash, and they tried to charge me an oversize vehicle charge for my daughters Kia Soul. I asked the assistant manager that helped me, why? She then proceeded to explain it's because it's considered a wide vehicle, and that it has a square back. I then proceeded to show her what my daughters vehicle look like and she said I will take it off this time but not anymore. It's a Kia soul, it's not much bigger than a Volkswagen Bug but yet they're charging me an oversize vehicle charge because it has a square back or because it's too wide, what a joke! I then proceeded to say I will not be back and she said OK and did not care one bit that they will be losing a customer over something that should not be charged to begin with. I have spent a good amount of money here on my 4 cards but never again. I would recommend nobody go to this car wash and if you do check your receipt because it looks like they're charging just about every single vehicle and oversize vehicle charge whether it is or not based on the shape of your vehicle. The assistant manager is useless, she could care less about me or anybody else walking in here and for her to allow somebody to walk away and say they're not coming back with any answer of "ok, sounds good" is unacceptable! read more

Always great service here. We have the unlimited monthly service and it has been very nice. I'm disabled and could not possibly wash my truck myself. A lot of "detailers" charge pretty steep prices. I just need the dust knocked off every once in a while. Nothing fancy. Every once in a while they offer a good deal on a hand wax. You can buy the deal and just save it for when you want it. We just bought a hand wax package on sale, but we'll be waiting until after monsoon season, and slightly cooler weather to use it. read more

I recently visited the Super Star car wash near me. I unfortunately had a less than desirable experience and when I was sent a survey I told them my candid experience. Shortly after I left my review I was contacted by their Director of Customer Service and he asked if he could contact me. I said yes and shortly after that he contacted me and asked what he could do to make it right. I told him that just the call back was good enough for me. Even though my experience wasn't great, Super Star stepped up and vowed to make it right. That's why I'll stick with them - they truly care. read more

Called on Friday and they weren't taking more appointments for the day, so I called Saturday which led to me dropping the car off at 10am on Sunday. I was talked into a higher service and then promised that the car would be ready by 2:15. I arrived at 2:13, saw the car on the detail line and waited until 2:20 to go in. After asking for the manager and speaking to 3 people, I had to threaten them to get my car--which was NOT detailed-- in time to be only slightly late for my 3:00 appointment. The manager refused to refund my money. The car hadn't even been fully vacuumed, the leather on only one side was conditioned, there were crumbs in the gear shaft and the cup holders and the front grille still had was bugs in it. The manager refused to refund me and the time I was promised (2:15) was still written on my window as I drove off. For $200. Lol. Don't go here ever. TLDR they over promise and under deliver. I'm sure they could do a creditable job if you have all day to wait, I didn't. I was leaving town the next day and don't have time to go back, and honestly I'm pretty annoyed. Having a clean vehicle is important to me. Especially in the desert where the dust and heat combined can have an effect on your paint job. Whether it rains or pours, I know I can take my car here for a bath and be on my way to enjoy my drive anywhere. The staff is super cool and allowed me to drive through 2 times after the first wash didn't quite get all the dirt off. They have membership options which allows you to go anytime you need. Went for a single car wash. Was told I could get the monthly plan for first month for price of single wash and could cancel at any time so I went for it. After the first month I tried to cancel and the websight kept saying "no membership found". I tried many times and put in all the information and still no membership found. I went to the location and attendant tried to cancel my monthly subscription and he came up with the same thing. He told me he texted corporate and I would hear something within 3 days. A week later nothing. I left many messages where it says contact them and still nothing. Websight can't find my membership to cancel but they sure can find it to charge me. I then canceled my credit card thinking they would not be able to charge me again but my credit card company updated the membership to my new card. I disputed the charges with the credit card company and it is still under review. This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

This car wash cost me over $100!!!! Windows not cleaned on the inside, streaks in windows on the outside and here are the pictures of the interior. Vacuuming job is just horrible. And to think... I was going to go back today and look into their $300 detail package, but I think not. It's my fault, I trusted them to do a $100 job and I didn't check their work (Sun was setting) so I ended up with a $40 job. I am just mad I tipped those guys $20 cash. Just look up the dozens of detailers on Facebook marketplace, they will come to your house for half that price and do a better job. read more
