It takes a while to walk all the aisles, as they are many...feels like endless. Most of the aisles are extremely narrow, almost impossible to pass another customer, which makes it difficult to browse when there are other customers around. They had some "interesting" designs and home decors, that kind of made me laugh... But, you sure can find whatever you are looking for in here, from shampoo to cleaning supply to paper plates, name it, they will have it. The only thing they don't carry is grocery. They have some candies and whatnot, more for gifts and such, but not real food items, I was surprised to see the variety of products there, they even had hardware items, such as nails, doorknobs, tools, etc. It sure can be a one-stop-shop. The price point didn't feel like a "great" deal, but just a regular pricing. Some felt more like a discounted price, while others seemed a bit pricier than other stores. But, most of them were average price, in my opinion. No souvenir type of product, but for homes, plus crafts, party, and toys.

Not a fan, and no I don't take writing bad reviews lightly. But after some thought I really felt…read morecompelled to say a few things here. First off, the inventory itself was fine. There's a decent selection of sofas, loveseats, futon-like sofas, chairs and other furniture. The showroom itself is reasonably big. My bigger issue is that I was not impressed at all with the poor service here. The manager or whomever worked here seemed aggravated I wasn't speaking Korean, so things got off to a bad start there. They also seemed aggravated about my child being in the store and I was constantly reminded to watch him even though he was not being disruptive and was playing with my cell phone the whole time. My questions were answered brusquely and generally I was treated like garbage. I was genuinely interested in purchasing one of their items, but after that crap experience I decided not to call back to follow up on my purchase. I was going to let this one roll off my back, but I was genuinely pissed (and I still am) about the lousy treatment that my child and I were subject to. This place is the epitome of how not to do business. Seems like I've read similar stories of furniture stores in the area pulling the same kind of crap. In short, unless you speak Korean, who knows what kind of service you'll get here. I know I was not treated politely even though I was an interested customer. Also they gave me crap for wanting to take a picture of a chair I wanted to purchase. This isn't global espionage folks, this is wanting to have an image of something I wanted to buy as a reference point since they don't have a website or catalogue. That's the kind of crap you'll get at this place, which sucks because furniture is hard to come by these days and there's clearly plenty of demand. But I'd rather sit on my floor or buy a couch elsewhere than to deal with someone who's annoyed by me and my child's presence in the store.

A very small and very simple job that Ms. Susan said would take no more than 2 weeks to complete, (the very 1st lie)! Ms. Susan said the cost would be $540 (I have the receipt for it) and she will include on one of them a reflective glass cover because it is "CHEAP" and because it was done on paper! One week later she calls me with a now new price of $940 due to an overnight rise in material cost. ( A total B.S. if you ask me, but I decided to bite the bullet and still remain.) Fast forward two and a half months later and no phone call EVER, not once that the items are done. I called her and she said "oh all is done where have you been I texted you", (another total lie, as she never once tried to reach me, but rather forgot or just didn't give a shit.) Once I went to pick up the items it all came together. She massacred my frames, there was no protective glass and she LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! She was combative, rude and inappropriate when addressing me, to the point where I just walked out as I couldn't be as ignorant as she was, not possible to out speak her or to get a word in, SHE KNOWS BEST, NOT!!! So sad how an old person like her makes a dishonest living with her husband Ed (who unfortunately for him seams like a nice guy). I am disgusted and humiliated by this pathological old liar and a con artists who tried conning me for almost $1000 as a repeat client for very cheep and inexpensive frames. The world has certainly hit rock bottom when and old lady like Susan decided that dishonesty with valued clients is a better policy for her and her business. Keep the ruined artwork Susan and your $940 frames it is your loss rather than mine. Shame on you madam, shame on you for all of your poor and ignorant decisions towards me your repeat and humble client and for trying to extort me for additional $400.00 when all was agreed prior. I do not and cannot EVER recommend such a dishonest person, a downright arrogant crook and her business to my worst enemy never the less hard working and honest people! I will contact the Better Business Bureau next and The Department of Consumer Affairs and I promise you Ms. Susan I am just beginning to expose your dishonest services!

My coop needs a coi and I was told it would cost me $100 for a too small job that I asked about. I needed a blind for a bathroom. I assumed there might be a fee , but not $100. I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. Attached photographs taken inside the store with what's left of the "scrap metal."
