We bought our bedroom furniture from Lazzoni a few years ago and we absolutely love it. It's sleek, modern and the pieces are quality. When we came to move, we wanted to ensure our pieces were cared for and we consulted Lazzoni who helped assemble and disassemble our furniture for us at a fee. Unfortunately during the process, our bed was damaged. Customer service was kind enough to first attempt to fix the bed but when it didn't work, they offered to replace it for us. We went into the showroom and were very impressed with the styles & selection. Hamza, the sales rep, was knowledgable & very helpful, and really it was his input and assistantce, that made us order every thing, complete furniture for 3 bedrooms & large TV media unit for living room, a fairly good priced order. Everything was great, the manager even invited us to stay at the Lazzoni hotel in Turkey. Delivery time was rather long, but at that point we weren't in a rush, so not a deal breaker. We were so impressed with everything, that we recommended Lazzoni to numerous friends, one actually ordered from them, and our designer, who had never heard of Lazzoni, actually flew to the factory in Turkey, and made a huge order for another client in the Middle East. Then problems started. Hamza the sales rep, had left, and no one could be bothered to really assist us, so we were just passed around different reps. Delivery suddenly arrived without any notice, they just turned up, pilled lots of boxes in the hallways and left, but they didn't have an installation team available, so we had to wait for one to fly in. Eventually installation was done, but some of the parts were wrong and some had some very minor blemishes. They now had to re-order the wrong parts, which took another 4 months. Apparently they just arrived at the warehouse and are now on a truck for delivery, BUT once delivered we then have to wait AGAIN for an installation team to arrive. through this whole process, unless I call them, no one bothers to call me, it's as though they could care less. They received FULL payment BEFORE making the original delivery and at that point they just stopped trying to achieve anything. Every time I call, I get a different variation of what's happening, and when. Order was originally made October 2022. Delivery was made February 2023. Installation was made April 2023, and apparently today July 25th Lazzoni received the parts and they are now on a truck. TO BE CONTINUED read more

This store is hands down one of my favorites. I worked with Fulya and she was such an incredible designer and loved the fact that she never forced me to buy anything I didn't want or need. She helped me pick out every piece. Delivery was great and everything came out amazing and clean condition. When my chandelier didn't arrive on time, she hand delivered it to my house when it came . Buying furniture should honestly be treated like buying a car.... not something you should be buying constantly, especially if you buy the right one. BUT you are using it EVERYDAY (unless you are an old school european/middle eastern family who has a room with plastic on their furniture and no one is allowed to sit on it. Lazzoni is like the luxury car dealership... flashy.. clean.. and not that cheap... but there is a reason why you are paying that amount. Their furniture is built very well and meant to take a beating. In my opinion it is a great place for someone who likes the modern/contemporary look. Its very European and downtown NYC style but is very functional and useful. I haven't been to the Chelsea store but this store is honestly one of the nicest (and cleanest) showrooms I have seen. I purchased the Luka Sectional and it is honestly the best investment we have made. It was a very tough decision but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (PS - I also enjoyed a nice espresso while shopping). The manager was very sweet and went out of her way to make sure our experience was wonderful. She also showed us things and ideas that we did not think of and was willing to work with us (even though it took us 3 weeks and 4 visits to finally chose what we wanted). The showroom design was very interesting as it helped us get different ideas in how we could decorate and style our living room. My overall experience was one that I was not expecting, the last thing in the world I wanted to do was spend my precious time shopping for furniture, but the team here made this experience quite enjoyable. I am absolutely ecstatic over the furniture I bought at Lazzoni, and I am so glad I decided to pay the designer fee. It was worth every penny. Andrea did an amazing job selecting/sizing the furniture so it fit perfectly in my apartment. Andrea was also very good at getting back to me and answering my questions. The customers service here was way better then any furniture store I have had to deal with. Yes it did take a long time for the furniture to come, but what do you expect when something is being custom made in Turkey? You just have to be patient, and good things come those who wait. UPDATED - In August of 2016, I ordered a table and chairs from this location. I was first told I could purchase a table where the top would be a different color from the legs, since the table was custom. The sales rep called me a week later saying the table was already in production and it would be an additional $1,200 to make it custom the way I would have liked. I was annoyed, as I could have kept shopping around for what I was looking for, but since the table was in production there was no way out. I ordered it in one color to save the money. I didn't voice my displeasure, but should have known that this would have led into an eight-month ordeal of trying to have my order completed. The table (which is gorgeous and I absolutely love so I must give the company credit for making a stunning product) was delivered in a timely fashion (in mid-December) along with 6 of the 8 chairs I ordered. I knew the other two chairs needed to be made custom, as they only had a portion of this order in stock. I followed up in January (16 weeks after I placed my order which was supposed to be ready in 8 to 10 weeks) and I received a story that the fabric wasn't up to par and they wanted to remake my chairs - another 8 to 10 week wait. Note - I was never contacted - I had to contact the store directly to find out what was going on. Again, I was annoyed, but didn't voice my displeasure as I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ten weeks after that conversation, I once again find myself needing to call the store to find out where my remaining two chairs were. The sales rep continued to give me the runaround for some inexplicable reason, since I had to dig and find out the chairs had been completed and were in stock. I called the NYC store who told me the chairs were in stock but weren't able to help as the Paramus store is franchised. The warehouse told me to speak to the sales rep, but I explained that the sales rep was incredibly unhelpful. They informed me they would call her themselves. Finally, another rep called me to schedule a delivery and said she didn't understand why there was such confusion but apologized. She scheduled me for a Monday delivery. After the delivery window had passed and I hadn't received my delivery, I called the warehouse only to learn that they don't deliver on Mondays and they had no delivery scheduled for me. I was livid. I later see a missed voicemail from the original sales representative saying the truck broke down on the GWB so they couldn't deliver the chairs. So I was clearly being lied to, since the warehouse already told me there was no delivery scheduled. In the message, the rep stated that the delivery would be the same time on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came and went... and no delivery. I once again called the warehouse and spoke to Johnny who told me the rep was supposed to contact him to arrange the delivery and never did, and he apologized profusely and said he would make it right. Two hours later, my chairs arrived at my home. UPDATE - I later received a call from the rep apologizing and saying that was no way they do business. The rep refunded me the cost of the two chairs and gave me 20% off of my next purchase at their store. I can only imagine that this was offered because the rep had seen my negative review on Yelp. I need to note that throughout this whole process, I was incredibly nice. I never once voiced my displeasure, and I feel that, for that reason, I was taken advantage of. I don't know any customer of a store who would let eight months go by without getting incredibly upset. It was only once I started getting upset and ruffling some feathers that *POOF* the chairs arrived at my door in less than two hours. I also believe I likely would have never heard from this rep again should I not have called them out in such a public forum. Therefore, I give this store two stars - the quality of the product is beautiful. The warehouse staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. But I am appalled at the EIGHT MONTH TIMEFRAME, the lack of communication, the runaround, and frankly, the disrespectful treatment I received. As I said to the rep, I was confounded by how shady and confusing this whole process was, and felt like I was dealing with some shady operation run out of the middle of nowhere, not a luxury store operating in one of the biggest retail centers in the Northeast. Got talked into getting the matching chair which I must say was an excellent suggestion by our sales associate Andrea. She was right about the look in the room. I purchased white lacquer media cabinets and when they were delivered I received the best white glove treatment! The delivery was on time and Jason Frierson was exceptional when he brought up the large TV media cabinet and two media wall cabinets up my long staircase and assembled the cabinets in my small living area! This is my first review on Yelp and I am compelled to write this because of the terrible experience I had. I was purchasing a wall cabinet with shelf using a Gilt City voucher and the remainder to be paid on my credit card. Since it was getting close to the experation date on the voucher, I was advised by Massi to sign the paperwork on the order so I would not lose the voucher and he would hold off putting the order through because I was not sure of color scheme. On the order, Massi put a color he thought might look good and I made an appointment for him to come to my home with the wood samples and also fabric samples for a future purchase. 1st appt- never called the day before to confirm and when I reached out, he said he forgot. 2nd appt- I called the store just to make sure he was coming, and with all the samples, and was told he was not in yet and they would relay my message. Massi called 30 min before my appt. time and said he had car trouble and was waiting for his Uber car. Now I am sympathetic to his situation but I would have expected Massi or someone to reach out to me earlier so I would not be inconvenienced yet again. Against my better judgement, I made a 3rd appt. Massi called not long before he was to arrive at my home to confirm my address, and it went downhill from there. I asked about the samples and he said he did not have all of the wood samples. Really, this is the entire reason for the appointment! Had I not asked, he would have shown up without some. At this point I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he would have her call me. Made multiple calls, no response. Received my credit card statement and Massi went ahead and put the order through. I am working with my credit card company to resolve this matter along with filing complaints. Awful service and the worst customer rep ever. read more

We purchased our family room furniture from Lazzoni Paramus, NJ showroom and our experience has been most AMAZING & POSITIVE! We strongly recommend "Ms. Fulya Can" who is the most sincere and experience sales person at the Paramas, NJ showroom. She looked at the layout and dimension of our family room and recommended few different types of sectional sofas and configuration. Also recommended various color and material combinations. She spent at least 2 to 3 hours with us and came up with final selection with what we like. She is such an incredible designer and loved the fact that she never forced us to buy anything we didn't want or need. There were some issue with delivery of single chair and some pillows due to back order of material but she was on top of everything and made sure it came on 2nd shipment and hand delivered it to our house.
