I just visited to select, buy and pick up a new heater and I want to make a point to thank both Lance and Ray at the gun counter - they were friendly in addition to being professional and their spirit made these visits nice. Sportsman's Warehouse doesn't get five stars only because they are so brutally understaffed at the gun counter - it simply takes a long time to get anything done because there aren't enough staff there to handle the amount of business they have going on. I'm sort of surprised that management doesn't address this, as I see people getting tired of waiting and walking out of the store every single time that I visit. Management, you're leaving money in their wallets: they came to spend it, and you don't have enough staff to take it - get with the program!

went to them due to the reviews and that they work on old revolvers. brought a 1948 K22 22 lr…read morerevolver that was out of time in 2 chambers and told them about the problem. told them it's a k22, charlie starts rapidly dry firing the gun 3 times before I can say "please stop doing that it's a rimfire". states the gun is in time. i show him the out of time 2 chambers and he says you are pulling the trigger too slow(which i was in order to check timing). he says there's nothing to fix. the problem is now there's peening on the cylinder from the firing pin strike and my firing pin is flattened from being dry fired without snap caps. this gun was in good condition for a 1948 gun and handled roughly with some damage after "inspection".

Came to Play It Again Sports for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to see they buy used…read moresports equipment and shoes. I looked into their website to get an idea of prices for my 5 year old's cleats. They have options for used and new, as low as $8! Very affordable. Upon arrival, their door was open. The inside is very spacious and right away we were greeted. I asked for help since it was our first time. The attendant immediately took us to a corner with all of the junior cleats. They had limited sizing, but thankfully my daughter found a good fit. They didn't have half sizes, but was assured a snug fit was necessary. We happened to get a new cleat and it was $20, much cheaper than Walmart (~$28). They didn't have junior mouth guards, but was recommended to Walmart. Overall, great customer service. The attendant helped her fit in the cleats and gave his professional opinion on how they should fit, etc. We were in and out within 10-15 min. They also have rewards, which I opted in. Also, I will most likely come back to sell back the shoes once she grows out of them.

A 5 ft straight weight, non-threaded bar. He also helped me determine what weights to get. At that time I wasn't able to to get it so I asked if he could hold it for me. He said yes and held it for me. I was very happy because it was the only one they had and he did let me know that they go quick. I came later and picked it up, got some weights and had help taking it to my car.
