UPDATE August 2026 I had another firm come out in 2026 to…read moresee if the 2025 issues might be addressed. They determined that the source of the issues was that bolts were not tightened down in numerous places, and a bolt was missing, and the threaded insert stripped, resulting in an unfixable, floating, part. I had identified that floating part to the Gym Doctors in 2025 to no avail. This missing bolt was in addition to the bolt that was found on the floor in 2025, whose home was found to be in the foot pedal area. My guess is that after the first Gym Doctor tech broke the triangular covers and likely the floating part by over torquing with the electric drill, he chose to hand tighten them in places where perhaps a drill actually WAS needed and hence the noises. To wit, I had asked about whether a bolt in a specific location should be tightened with a drill versus hand tightened and was informed by the tech that hand tightening was sufficient!

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!…read more This was my experience with 360Fitness. My family and I purchased a commercial CA Fitness Treadmill for over $8K. An expensive machine but Tony and Geisha said it was a great machine. Also, I figured it would be worth the cost if the entertainment features (use of various apps) worked on the machine and would last several years. The first attempt of delivery the guys set up the machine and when we tested it simple things didn't work, Bluetooth couldn't be connected, the apps didn't work, also it was banged up. I expect an $8K machine to work effortlessly and to work flawlessly. We end up calling the sales rep telling Tony the issues. We found out from Tony, they tried to deliver a FLOOR MODEL not a brand new treadmill. They take the treadmill back and say they're ordering more but would let us use the broken treadmill as a loaner. (The treadmill itself worked but none of the entertainment features worked!) While waiting for the machine Tony leaves and we're stuck dealing with Geisha. Any time we called about the machine, she would over talk us or try to minimize our concerns about paying for a $8K machine. We had several months of little to no communication and were told the treadmill was on its way. Those delivery dates continued to pass. I ended up filing a claim because I was making payments on a product that I never received. Almost 4 months later the new machines come in and we're asked to test the treadmill at the store with the tech. The tech shows us how the machine works and as he's going over the apps like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc the machine freezers. The machine and its issues was above the techs skill level. I found out through research that CA Fitness just has a UPS address. I believe someone close to this company owns the CA Fitness brand and the product comes from China. I believe they purposely tried to sell us the most expensive subpar machine possible. They thought we'd never check the features and they could get over on us. We never heard from upper management about our experience. What they're doing is truely criminal and unprofessional. It took awhile but I believe I only got a refund because I filed a claim with the financing company. If I didn't file the claim, I believe I'd be stuck with a piece of junk. I will NEVER shop here again and I advise you to do the same. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Booking was very easy, responses were quick, and the pricing was reasonable (I had already been dragging my feet with another company for a week, with delayed communications). We were given a 3-6 PM arrival window and told Tim the tech would do his best to give us 30 minutes' notice. He texted at 3:40 PM and arrived at 4:09 PM You might wonder why Peloton Tread disassembly for a move costs a bit more, but once you see how much careful work goes into it, it makes sense. Tim also helped us pack and wrap the disassembled parts so they'd be protected during the move. Worth every penny. He was professional, warm, and extremely helpful, and gave us clear instructions for the movers and what to watch out for. We felt so confident in the service that we immediately booked them again for reassembly at our new home. A huge weight off our chest during a stressful move. Thank you!

So I started searching for local dealers and came across Castro Valley Sportsmen's Center. When I called, the woman who answered was incredibly kind. She told me she'd be happy to exchange my nets for the correct ones as long as they were new. Fast forward to today, my order finally arrived, and when I called her back, she immediately remembered me. I drove to the shop right away, and she welcomed me with a big smile. She knew exactly who I was and, without hesitation, exchanged my nets. Because of her kindness, I ended up buying a couple more nets while I was there.
