I used the online system to place my order and for me to pick them up at the location. Paying for the item was easy and the shoes was on sale so even better. I ordered them on 12/24 and waited for the email to say I can pick them up. 12/25 of course no email was sent and it's ok it's Christmas so they are closed. After checking the order number a couple of times the day after Christmas the order number showed cancelled. I called to the store and spoke with Marcel who advise me of what was going on, and realized the system rejected the order maybe because it's either one shoe was a display or dirty. He ended up calling customer service for me and gave me a call back. After getting the call back from him he advise the funds would be credit to my account and he also was able to find a brand new pair in the back. He honored the price that I paid for and he was very professional, understanding and a man of his word. I was able to pick them up with no problem.

After arriving the manager inspected them and decided they were "too worn" to get a refund and that only an in store exchange was available with their limited selection. Why agree to an exchange if they're "too worn" but not a return? It doesn't make sense, she was clearly more worried about her store metrics so she wouldn't take a reasonable return.
