Love this place! The park is clean and they always have plenty of staff members to cover all the guests. They have a great theme for weekends called cosmic nights. They shut the lights off and turn on leds and black lights. I actually came here with my kids twice on a Groupon deal where you get an hour and a half of time in the park for 6 guest for about $85. It's a great deal if you only plan on coming twice a year... they have a monthly membership at $15 per membership. You get as many visits as you want and each membership comes with a buddy pass. I have three kids so that's six kids every visit for $65 dollars a month! Totally worth it. I have already been with them about 8 times in three weeks. The memberships come with discounts at the concession Thursdays you get one free large pizza and half off icees. I've been meaning to leave a review since we have joined, but tonight one of the staff members really went above and beyond. I brought my 3 kids, 2 friends and my toddler. The kids were in the basketball area and one of my boys had recently scraped his leg pretty badly on his bike a couple of days ago. Kendrick was working that area and was watching the boys. They were rough with each other and hurt my son's leg again. Kendrick saw he was crying and holding his leg and took care of my boy without me even noticing. He provided first aide with peroxide and a new bandage for his leg. The. He gave him a free icee to cheer him up. That type of service deserved this review. It was lo g overdue. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We loved it here but we will never return. Management was extremely kind and understanding after we explained our situation, BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE WALKING ANTICHRIST. Attitude central from the check-in staff, and every single other staff member as well, from snatching things from my kids hands to feeling under surveillance by the RUDE employees even though we weren't doing anything alarming. They made us extremely uncomfortable with their absolutely horrible customer service, not a single employee smiled or greeted us, why work with kids if you have such a rotten soul? I've been to this place twice -- the first time was fine. I used a free jump pass for my two kids and we had a good time. But the second visit? It was straight-up chaos. They confiscated both of my jump passes, claiming it was "one jumper per card, for one hour," even though the card itself says absolutely nothing about that. If you're going to enforce a rule like that, it should be CLEAR -- not something you make up at the counter with an attitude. Management (Cole) tried to spin it using their own "interpretation," but unfortunately for them, I know how to read -- and nowhere did the card back them up. Despite the confusion (which they caused), I still had to pay out of pocket. And here's the kicker: for one toddler and one regular child, the price rang up to $48 -- even though it should have been $45. Apparently, they sneak in some extra fee just for daring to use their "free" card. Long story short: Misleading promotions, poor customer service, and surprise charges. If you go, read everything twice, prepare to argue, and expect to pay more than you were told. Disappointing. read more

We received the promotional passes to try this place out and it did not disappoint. It has many attractions inside like Rock climbing, obstacle course, slides, basketball, dodgeball, regular trampolines, battle, mechanical bull, zip line, wipeout, playground for toddlers, and a full arcade in the back (not included in price). They have really great family bathrooms that have adult and child toilets side by side, IYKYK. Regular admission is a little pricey, but a fun time, nonetheless. One of the biggest obstacles in finding suitable places to bring your kids these days is quality. Big Air is a great quality experience, and well worth the time and money. Please think twice before booking a birthday party here! I booked two rooms for a birthday months in advance, thinking it was well organized, boy was I wrong. Firstly, I called TWICE to confirm a few details (the remaining balance I would need to pay, time, food, etc) & they even called me the day before the party & everything was the same as when I had called. Perfect, ready to go. Or so I thought. We showed up & I had to pay an extra amount than what was given to me over the phone? (an amount that was confirmed 3 times over the phone?). Still NO EXPLANATION why I had to pay extra money after I brought it up to the manager AND owner? Then, they told me "I was there super early". I said how so? I booked for 5:30 - 8:30 PM? Woman said "No your party doesn't start until 8 pm, plus the rooms you booked are currently booked with another party" That was NOT what I booked NOR was that the times I was given over the phone THREE times, I was in full panic mode. However, they somehow got the current party out and I was given my rooms I originally booked for the times I had told them I booked them for. I was thinking the worst was over - WRONG. I was given 2 party hosts for help, but they did not explain that the food wasn't set up to come out until 8 pm???? Basically when my party was over????? Thankfully I asked when my party guests and I were an hour into the birthday and we were all hungry wondering where the food was. They told me they would get all our food out as fast as possible - great! But then, after waiting 45 minutes for the food to show up, they told me I would have to wait longer since there was a "big order" that was just put in. Excuse me? Not to mentioned that their ovens must have had something going on, all of us including the other party next to us were complaining of their eyes burning due to something going on in the kitchen (that we were right next to). Food came, finally! No drinks. No plates. No utensils. Nothing. So we had to wait for someone to come back just for them to tell us they were in the cabinets the entire time, as if I was supposed to know that. My guests also had complaints that it would take them 30 minutes to get checked in and kids given socks. Not because they were busy, but because the people that were supposed to be checking them in kept leaving the counter telling them that "someone else would be with them" but they were the only ones working the event check in counter. Red flags were thrown around us all night with this establishment. They were HIGHLY unorganized, unprofessional, and lost the entire night. I spoke with the manager that night about how upset I was overall, following up with her not being able to look me in the eyes while I was speaking to her, speaking to me, not being interested in anything I had to say, or being able to answer me. I was told that she would call me the next day to see what she can do to help me. I waited 2 days for a phone call I never received - I even confirmed the phone number she had on file was mine before leaving. On the 3rd day I called, I spoke with the owner about everything that had happened, explained that I paid way too much money for our event to had gone the way it did, and all I was offered was a "free visit back". To which I declined since none of us ever plan on coming back. Which is disheartening seeing all the great reviews this trampoline park has. Disappointing, we had a birthday party here, paid for the "Big Air Party Package" and this facility is nothing like the other facilities we have attended in the past. There is a reserved room for the party, but not a reserved table once the party is over like every other facility like Cosmic Air, Kanga's, and Urban Air. I mean the dismissal from party room to outdoor area was a nightmare, would not recommend this place to anybody. The attendees from our party were uncomfortable with the transition and we looked incredibly dumb standing with all of our party decor on a small tray table. On top of that, they give you passes that are not free passes to come back and enjoy the facility on your own, they want you to pay to come back and I am not, so I am giving those passes away as I type this. It felt cheap and very uninviting with poor management. I didn't even care to relay this to the manager when they called to ask how the party went because I was livid with the experience we had. Oh, by the way, the Big Air Party Package costs $381.92, so with all of this information, do as you will. read more

Place to come for fun would get 4 stars. Place to host a birthday party not so much. Staff and facility was extremely unorganized upon arrival. They did not have a room ready as they were "overbooked" with parties and the manager was rude, not knowing how to help. Lady up front checking us in for the birthday party itself was not knowledgeable either, moved at a slow pace while my party time was already running. This spot is pretty good we threw a birthday for my little boy and everyone including himself enjoyed it quite a bit. The only thing I would complain about is the pizza that was catered. The establishment is new and clean. The employees were nice and pleasant. I took two kids there on a Friday evening at 6:47pm. They have something called glow night/laser night from 7p-10p, so you have to pay for the full 3 hours of jump even though the kids only wanted to jump 1 hour. It should be posted to let people know that after a certain time you need to pay for 3 hrs of jump. They also charge an extra charge -3% if you use credit/debit. That also should be posted at the front door. Total price for two kids to jump and play around with the other trampoline attractions-$76 and some change. Again, visit them-just wanted to inform you of their rules on Friday and Saturday nights. read more
