Back of the one hour free jump pass
    LeFaye P.

I've been to this place twice -- the first time was fine. I used a free jump pass for my two kids and we had a good time. But the second visit? It was straight-up chaos. They confiscated both of my jump passes, claiming it was "one jumper per card, for one hour," even though the card itself says absolutely nothing about that. If you're going to enforce a rule like that, it should be CLEAR -- not something you make up at the counter with an attitude. Management (Cole) tried to spin it using their own "interpretation," but unfortunately for them, I know how to read -- and nowhere did the card back them up. Despite the confusion (which they caused), I still had to pay out of pocket. And here's the kicker: for one toddler and one regular child, the price rang up to $48 -- even though it should have been $45. Apparently, they sneak in some extra fee just for daring to use their "free" card. Long story short: Misleading promotions, poor customer service, and surprise charges. If you go, read everything twice, prepare to argue, and expect to pay more than you were told. Disappointing.

Fantastic environment with fun for all ages! My kids have been multiple times and have enjoyed the numerous activities that are included. Highly recommended!

We received the promotional passes to try this place out and it did not disappoint. It has many attractions inside like Rock climbing, obstacle course, slides, basketball, dodgeball, regular trampolines, battle, mechanical bull, zip line, wipeout, playground for toddlers, and a full arcade in the back (not included in price). They have really great family bathrooms that have adult and child toilets side by side, IYKYK. Regular admission is a little pricey, but a fun time, nonetheless. You must purchase their branded orange socks $4. They service food and an upstairs parent lounge. Birthday party rooms available and the staff has been great so far!

Food and drinks available for purchase.

Good time except for the spinning pole being down. Pretty clean and affordable. Pizza wasn't bad, fun staff.

My nephew loved his 3rd birthday party at Kanga's!…read more I flew in, so I'd never heard of this place. It's pretty easy to spot, with plenty of outdoor parking available! There's so much for the kids to do! There are play pens, little ball blasters they can play with, an entire amusement park boat ride, as well as other things. The kids didn't have any boredom, and the staff gave great service, being very attentive to our party's needs and checking in! One of the things I loved most was that the room booked was pre-decorated with an under-the-sea vibe, which ironically went perfectly with our theme. The food was great! I ended up ordering nuggets and fries. Simple, but pretty good! The pizza was good as well, but more may be needed for larger parties! This is a fun spot and convenient for parents with young kids!

I was excited to visit Kanga's in Katy for the first time with my 2-year-old daughter…read more Unfortunately, the experience didn't start off the way I expected. When we walked in, the greeting felt a bit cold. As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a warmer welcome or a quick explanation of how everything works. Instead, I was simply told to scan a barcode to fill out the waiver and that admission would be $17 for my daughter. Once inside, the facility seemed fine and my daughter and I still made the best of our time there. However, I did notice that there are areas of the play space where it's difficult for parents to clearly see where their children are playing, which was a little concerning. The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of customer service. When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. (This review is on behalf of my husband. I have already reviewed the place on Google. Sadly my husband didnt know how bad my experience was there and he took my daughter with high expectations.)
