I purchased Two (2) Latticinio sherlocks from this guy and when i recieved the shipment only One (1) sherlock was in the box. Guy ripped me off for half of my order. Then didnt pick up the phone when i called and has no answering maching. I had to contact the credit card company to resolve this transaction. UPDATE: The merchant emailed me back later the same day and said he checked his security cameras and indeed one latticino was excluded from shipment, He immediately shipped the second half of the order without question. I have been going here since 1996 and today they did not disappoint!!!! I was looking for a specific water pipe that has probably out of circulation since 2007. I showed them a basically napkin drawing of what I had previously bought from them in 2007. The man behind the counter said I believe I have one of those up stairs. About 5 mins later he said I found this buried deep in the back. I couldn't believe he found 1!!!! I smoked out of it as soon as I got home and literally brought me back to the early 2000's.
