They have music playing back there and comfortable seating areas. As I know that Oakland is now getting into the cafés and trying to get into that realm , I just think that they should've put just a little bit of effort into their lounge. As you can see from the photos that just looks like a place that went out and took everything from a garage sale and just put it together. As I know there's always a startup cost and figuring things out, but what am I really sitting on? The people that worked there in the front were fantastic it was so nice to feel that. They have all different options from edibles flower, drinks to pre-rolls. It's just like you're in a candy store. The people that work there are awesome and very helpful and it's been a while since I've been in a dispensary really took care of the customer. They do not take cash, but they do have ATMs located within, but they also have this interesting app, that you can download that way you pay from your checking account so you don't have to pay the 3.5%. As easy as I say it was to download and to add, it was definitely difficult. So don't waste your time and just pay the $3.50 for your merch and enjoy it in the lounge. The security folks were doing their best to de-escalate, another customer almost intervened; it was quite the scene @ 9am. All ended well, with everyone unscathed. 2nd: When a team member came out to process my Curbside order, I asked about the Goodie Bag promotion, but was told it was only good "in-store" as they took my payment. BUMMED out, I contemplated going inside, but didn't want to hassle it. Another person came out with my order, reminded me that the promotion was "in-store"... I must've looked disappointed as I took the bag, 'cause she said "don't worry, I gave you one." It's a Festivus Miracle!! But even when you account for that this place is way more expensive than others. A 1G cart i could get for $28-$38 inclusive of tax goes for $48 tax inclusive here. The heavy hitters carts that go for $82 here go for $45 elsewhere. I went back a few times bc i want to support good retail experiences but when they remorselessly sold me the world's crappiest overpriced $30 battery that failed the next day and wouldn't take a return, i gave up.
