This is a cute little tobacco store and also head shop. My brother Pete needed to stock up and this is his Go To place. Even though there's a closer tobacco store to his house this is the one he prefers. I was fascinated with the volume and variety of bongs, pipes, lighters... and some really unique choices! Called and asked if they had any davidhoff or cohiba cigars in stock. Arrived abd realized they have neither... the guy looked confused when I asked him why he told me he had them in stock and he said he thought they did.... They only carry like 5 different brands.... If you're in the East Bay and in the market for tobacco, this is the place to go. The prices are good: I dip and pay about $9.25 per can. That's steep, for sure, but considering that the prices every place else are higher (sometimes much, much higher) this is unquestionably the best option. They're nice: Really, you have to see it to believe it, particularly if you're used to the Berkeley Standard of Customer Care. They'll order what they don't have: I buy a month's supply of dip at a pop, an amount they wouldn't ever have on hand. So, a few days before I run out, I give them a call (510 559 6989), place my order, and pick it up when it comes in (usually 3 days or less, depending on the breaks). Flavored tobacco: Listening to the PSAs or government officials that only have your best interests in mind, you'd think that flavored tobacco (apparently including menthol now) is the greatest evil of our time because think of the children. Happily, the Tobacco Outlet still sells it, so if you're looking for grape flavored Swishers, a carton of Mores, or perhaps a pack of Kools, give these guys a call. Good prices great people, stop by and say hello, you might be surprised. Great central location not too far off the 80, I recommend parking on the street though if your only going to be a couple minutes. Getting out of that parking lot can be a pain at times. read more

The owner which is the old guy that works the counter is still selling Menthol Cigarettes even though they're being banned everywhere else since the beginning of 2023. He keeps the menthol cigarettes in the back, and he don't keep them in front on Display. At first he was selling them to me for $16 a pack for the whole month of January, then just last week I go in and he's trying to hit me up for $20 a pack and I told him no forget it I'm not paying that much for a pack of Newports. He should have kept the price the same as $16 a pack, which they should be $14 a pack, at which price he was selling them the month of December. So I'm writing this review to expose him for having a rude attitude, and awful customer service. I haven't been back since I paid $16 for a pack. He's not getting $20 out of me. Also the candy is stale that he sells up front. I won't go back to this Dusty Store. read more

This is a great store managed by a wonderful family. Besides tobacco products, they also carry really nice masks, snacks, soft drinks. I like this place very much. Everything is clean, the shop workers are honest and helpful. It is attached to adult book shop so the same workers are between the two shops. A lot of tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, Water pipes/Hookas, e-cigarettes, accessories lighters and papers all available at this convenient little tobacco outfit. This is a nice little shop that looks like it has a small selection, but it actually has everything you need for smoking anything you want. I tend to be more interested in the glass smoking pieces than the tobacco products and vaporizers. The glass is very reasonably priced, the owner is a super nice guy who even gives me small discounts sometimes, and the store has all the other stuff I need (like incense). Also, the owner is quick, though not pushy, so you don't have to wait that long for service (if people are ahead of you) or to get your stuff and get outta there (when you're checking out). If you're into tobacco, then this store is probably like a lot of others. But if you're looking for glass or vaporizers to smoke the other stuff (with a prescription of course), then you can find what you need here and they always seem to have what I need even though the place looks small. read more
