Naturally I went with the dumplings. I do believe they make them on site as I watched her pull them from the freezer. They were in an old bread bag. She dumped them into a pan to steam them. I was given them on a plate only to find that on my first bite they weren't cooked all the way through and still partially raw in the middle. I asked to have them recooked and she said "I will fry for u". I actually prefer my dumplings fried vs steamed anyway. Overall I don't think I will eat there again. Word of advice eat at your own risk. I've had street vendor food in Asia with better health standards.
