I have read other reviews where people complain that the owner is rude. I didn't find him to be, he was very matter of fact and knowledgeable. There are so many comics and graphic novels they are sure to have what you are hunting for. They have discounted graphic novels, $1 bins, and other discounted options available. They also have figures and collectibles. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. We will continue to come in and browse the back issues when we are in the neighborhood.

But I digress... I wanted to review this company because of their OUTSTANDING customer service. I bought a new copy of the game on my way to a wedding a few months ago. Unfortunately, I did not open and inspect it until I was on an international vacation and discovered a card missing from the deck. Atlas Games gets 5 stars because I went to the website and found a link to contact them and requesting a replacement card. First time, only one of the two mats was included and it had to be brought back. The second time, the measurements were incorrect, resulting in a double mat that cut off the picture and the mat had to be re-done. The third mat I received had marks on it and looked unfinished. Throughout this, there was no apology, no refund and no admittance of a mistake. The frame turned out okay, but the inserts in the back to hold everything in place are cheap and easily lost. As John Wooden said, "If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?" Won't be returning here.
