He did everything in his power to get the lowest price possible and was honest with us every step of the way. Definitely recommend Big Bob's and specifically Jakob! I also should mention the speed, efficiency, and honesty of their carpet contractors - One of them accidentally broke a glass ceiling light cover while bringing the tools in and, without pause, ran off to Lowe's to grab us a new one (on them obviously).

I just want to match the flooring sample I have with the one available at store, it's hardly 5 mins work. I arrived at 5:52pm and the store is closed already. This is very irresponsible customer service from Ryan. I drove 35 mins to visit the store and he closed it 10 mins early even though he knew I was coming. I did business with Big Bob's Store at Colraine avenue and they were very sweet. I would not recommend this highland Avenue store if you care about receiving a good customer service.

We've had to take our laundry to the laundry mat. The delay has also kept the carpet guys, also from your company, from laying the pad & carpet in that room. I've been put off and stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm sick of the inconvenience and costly laundry service your tile person has caused. Customer satisfaction is not alive and well in this situation.
