I did business with Big Bob's Store at Colraine avenue and they were very sweet. I would not recommend this highland Avenue store if you care about receiving a good customer service.

We've had to take our laundry to the laundry mat. The delay has also kept the carpet guys, also from your company, from laying the pad & carpet in that room. I've been put off and stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm sick of the inconvenience and costly laundry service your tile person has caused. Customer satisfaction is not alive and well in this situation.

They floors are even better than I could have ever imagined. The process involved getting an initial pricing estimate where the floors were measured for a full quote. I also got quotes from 3 other flooring companies and Weickerts were either price comparable or more competitive. My only complaint with the process was in the period after the quote and prior to booking. I had some followup questions and left multiple messages for the estimator. After the 3rd message, I mentioned something to the receptionist and she had the owner of the company call me to address my questions. I ended up booking my floor refinishing during a promotion associated with Small Business Saturday. Not sure how often they offer discounts on services but definitely be on the outlook as I scored 25% discount off of quoted price.
