He was very patient and knowledgable about firearms in general. This brings me to the only reason I could not give Red's Pawn Shop five stars. I would have loved to have seen the firearms available to buy displayed in a case so I could see the entire selection and make my buying decision. The store was packed to the ceiling with merchandise so that is probably the reason they didn't have room for handguns. I will try to see them at the local gun shows so I can see their inventory all at once. Again, their customer service is what will make me see their selection at the gun shows.

He didn't say anything back to me. A little rude to a new customer! Obviously he's the owner so I asked him about a specific item to try to loosen him up a little. I went to pick up my AR 15 today 12-31-2024 and after I got it home I realized that my gun was…read moreloaded and the red dot sights were on I cleared the chamber and a live round of ammunition that I don't own any of was chambered with the safety off they apparently took my gun out and used it then put it back up unsafe if I had dry fired it or dropped it it would have went off that was the most idiotic and disrespectful thing anyone has ever done to me if they needed to know it worked fine but unload it put the safety on and cut the red dot off they could have killed somebody with their blatant foolishness that was hands down the absolute most stupid thing I've ever encountered in my life I'll never go back and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either I don't know what the hell they were thinking
