Went in on August 24 , the pendant looked like a two year old had shaped play doe!! Design wasn't even noticeable, just smeared looking engraving.. I brought more gold in and the owner stated he was going on vacation it would have it ready on September 2, went in today nothings been done , requested my jewelry and $300 back and was just given my jewelry and the play doe pendant back.. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANYTHING!! VERY unreliable and they have NO ISSUE LYING TO YOU!! The Silver pendant and the porcelain pendant is what I was told they could do and the two Gold photos are what 2 months of waiting got me.. I don't believe this jeweler could design a litter box...
