He walked us to the smash room spending 2 minutes explaining to us. No waivers. That was it! We had a Groupon for 2 people and a TV smash. The people before us left 1/3 of their smashables so they became ours! And they ket my husband jumo into the room as well, nonextra charge. Overall we got to do what we went for- smashing stuff! We spent about a half hour going to town, smashing and making a mess. We then just walked out, glancing one last time at the guy at the door, who may have found his wife, like it never happened. Instead of helping, he continued placing his food order, then hung up on me. After waiting another five minutes with no update, I called back. This time he said someone should be there soon, but then claimed they "don't usually do reservations at 4 PM." That's interesting, considering I had a 4 PM reservation just last Thursday with no issues, and their website clearly states they open at 4:00p. Finally let in at 4:20p to be told to hold on because no games were on, room wasn't prepared and had to wait an additional 10 mins. Online states you have unlimited time but we were given gloves with holes for safety and told there was a 10 minute timer set. We also had a gaming card with thousands of points to use but we're told it was too old. I didnt realize gaming cards that were purchased expired. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I definitely wouldn't recommend Platinum City Gaming to anyone.

This place offers every single gaming system you can think of. The best part was they offer keyboard & mouse for Fortnite. They have an entire room for PCs. From what I can remember they had Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo switch, Wii U, PC and I'm sure more. They offer gaming tournaments, birthday parties and take groups. If your kid is 12 or older you can drop them off without a parent. And guess what? It was only $5.00 an hour!! We paid for the boys to have 4 hours and they loved it. He asked what was bringing me in, and I stated I had just discovered them 15 minutes prior to visiting and that I was coming from out of state. He was very friendly and gave me their business card. He told me that there's a little something for everyone in this store, and he was absolutely right. After talking for a little I told him that I was defintely interested in some of the retro games. He walked me over to the aisle and explained their selection and which games I could find that I was looking for. They had a huge variety of GameCube and PS2 games, in fact, the most variety I have ever seen in stores alike. We are new to the east coast and don't really know all of the things there are to do around here. I…read morereceived a game where you scratch off things to do based on a city in Massachusetts depending on the time of year, weather, time of day, etc. We saw that Seekonk is only about 45 mins from us and it was a Saturday. The card was for Saturday night. Perfect! We scratched and it said see a race at the Seekonk Speedway. We are from the west coast and my husband is a car guy so this sounded like an awesome idea. This is a far cry from what we were expecting, but we had such a fun time. The speedway was packed! We had to park way out in the back lot in the grass. Tickets were for a special event trailer bashing or something. We walked around the whole area, grabbed snacks and found some seats by the family of one of the race car drivers. We got to learn all the rules of each different race and be included in the energy. It was so much more fun than I could have bargained for.
