I spoke with Susan Isenhour from Elevate and she was all over helping me and of course wanted money right up front. I was charged over 300 dollars that day and then they sent me documents to sign for monthly withdrawals from my account. I DID NOT sign the documents to allow this and they still debited my acct for 130 dollars. I have tried calling Susan on several occasions, and she will not return my call to refund the money they stole from me. Run from this company as fast as you can.

They never relent in regard to their quest to find the best product for their customer at the lowest rate. For example, in the ninth year of my first 10 year term policy, they "shopped around" for the next 10 year policy in order to get the best product, at the lowest price rather than wait the final year when I entered a different age group. Moreover after they had found me the second term policy for the next 10 years, within one month thereafter, they found me a better product, and I canceled the first, and took the second. They had stayed on top of me in regard to pushing applications, cajoling me in making medical appointments to clarify questions insurers had , and clarifying my medical records with me, and all of that it ended to my advantage, with a good product.

I let this serious error slide because Carol was recommended by good friends. We managed to correct the issue, and a couple of years passed without major incidents. Ten days ago, I reached out to the owner of the agency, Jason Hughes, requesting an audit of our property. We live next to a wooded area, have a new roof, and have made several other changes that should affect our coverage. Jason promised to get back to me the following day, but I am still waiting for a response. This situation has left me concerned about the reliability of Hughes Insurance Group. I can't fathom having them advocate on my behalf in a real time of need. Trusting them to handle a claim or provide assistance seems risky based on my experiences.

I continued to put more money in the bank account to cover the fees, even though I was still being charged my monthly fees.... she canceled my contract and then sent it to a collection agency the same mo th she charged me monthly fees!! I was never provided with a bill or any notice at any point for a return item or fees none the less that the contract was being cancelled. She sent straight it to a collection agency!
