Normally I don't have a lot of nice things to say about Austin businesses but this is an exception. After a terrible experience with the Fidelity arboretum office I moved my Rollover IRA here. Jeff is the Manager and his assistant Stephanie are really great. I have been with them about 4 months now and have talked to Jeff at least 10 to 15 times. This guy cares and makes you feel like he wants to do a good job and help you with your investment. They are always welcoming and friendly and show they care about you not only as a customer and a source of revenue but as a person. I must say I am very glad they found me. One day Jeff himself rang my doorbell as he walked through the neighborhood introducing himself. I kept his card and after the burning I got at Fidelity I dug his card up and contacted him. So far it has been a very good thing. Jeff even hand delivered the 2011 Calendar with a small classy Christmas ornament. From the start Jeff spent whatever time it took to go over my financial position, and discuss my risk level and took a total financial snapshot.
