Today Big Boy is running a full marketing deal for a 99 cent Big Boy with a purchase of a Pepsi at PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS. Unfortunately, this is not a participating location. Giving grace, since I'm here, I ordered a Big Boy meal anyway. At least the seating in their lobby is comfy. We went to Big Boy mid afternoon yesterday. The service was excellent. I only wish the food was. I had the soup & salad bar. The Canadian Cheese and Cabbage soup were good. For my salad, I used the oil decanter. I took one bite-the oil had turned and was rancid. I let our server know. She took it back to the kitchen. I made a new salad and used the regular dressing which was fine. This morning, I am having horrible stomach pains. My husband had the bacon club Slim Jim, fries, soup & salad. He has been sick since 20 minutes after eating. read more

Absolutely love the salad bar all you can eat soup and salad. Their milkshakes are absolutely to die for a strawberry pie is to die for the service. There is pretty good. They keep up on things for the most part and as for the atmosphere feels like you're out a real old big boys. read more

The decorations of memorabilia gave the restaurant a nice vibe of memories of my own childhood as well as played a role in making new memories with the kids. Service was great with an attentive waitress. The food was decent and about what you would expect for a Big Boys. The kids' meal was priced right and was enjoyed greatly also. The Egg Scramble was really tasty. However, the hash browns were slightly undercooked. I definitely will go back with the kids for a little nostalgia and order it again, but I will ask for well-done hash browns instead. The service here is always efficient. The wait staff is always friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean, which is a bonus! I like the selection of food. I ordered a chicken tender meal and this is what I got. They aren't even tenders! It's a cut up piece of breaded chicken. Which after the first bite I spit out because it was undercooked and chewy! $14.99 for this garbage. Good job big boy. Haven't been to Big Boy in a couple years but decided to stop by for dinner tonight. The pretzel bites were delicious! I was skeptical but they were better than some of the bars I have been to. Fish and chips are we crispy and not greasy. The hot fudge cake was big and awesome. Our waitress was also fantastic. (Wish I would have gotten her name.) I would go back just to have her! I went to this restaurant Friday evening after work, knowing that most Big Boy restaurants have excellent service and good food. I was asked to order right away, which was nice. My sugar was running a bit low and needed nourishment so that it would level out. I was served a cup of Decaf that I ordered. It was lukewarm and empty after 12 minutes. The waitress came back with my crusty burger and fries and really warm tartar sauce after an hour went by. I asked for a restaurant manager and she went to a fellow server and was whispering and pointing in my direction I sat there for another 5 minutes. No one came over to speak with me. I got up and left without eating and only had one cup of decaf in over an hours' time. If I ever go back (which I doubt) and see these 2 employees, I will leave and go elsewhere for a meal like I had to do last Friday. I do not recommend this place unless you like to sit for an hour plus without anyone coming around to see if your beverage needs to be filled or let you know that the food was not ready on time and why. read more

Went for breakfast this morning. The food and service was excellent. I let the manager know my husband has dementia with short term memory. He was very understanding he waited on us. I am very grateful because going out to eat is very difficult because my husband has no concept of the time. Our food was made to perfection! My wife and I were here on 2/6/2021 in the morning, and we had a awesome experience. Our server was fabulous. The entire crew were very outgoing and joyous. My family and I returned here on 2/10/2021 in the late afternoon, and had a completely different experience. My order was missing a item. And I found a hair in my fries. My family and I had lunch here yesterday and everything was good. When i was younger, my family used to eat at Big Boy's all the time but I don't go as frequently now. Me and my husband both ordered the Super Big Boy and it was as tasty as I remember it. My boys had pancakes and sausage, which were decent. Jackie was our server and she was amazing! This big boy just reopened before it use to be a toast! Toast was me and my husbands top place for breakfast! But now we are super excited for big boys!! I have grown up going to big boys every other day when I was a child! So we decided to check this one at! Service was great! We were greeted right away and was seated! Our server was awesome super friendliness check up on us several times! My husband got the tuna melt extra toasted which is his favorite at big boys! He loved it it was perfectly toasted the way he liked. My daughter got the grilled cheese which she enjoyed! I got the buffalo chicken dinner! That's my favorite thing there! I love their buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing! I asked for it extra crispy and extra sauce on the side! All of the food was cold and some of it was wrong, all of the waitresses except for Rhonda were rude and not good.

I placed a carry out order, the meat lovers omelette, the potato pancakes, and 2 kids chicken strip dinners. The boy taking the order was not pleasant on the phone, never asked how I wanted my eggs cooked, asked what I wanted my sides to be, if I wanted any sauce and never read my order back to me. When I got home I was missing half of my food and it was cold. For almost 40$ I think it's a bit ridiculous. And for it being a new establishment I feel like their customer service should be a bit better. read more
