Just used BB Moving for the 3rd time in the last year. My first two times were great and Mike the owner worked with a helper. I like that they are available at short notice. September 9th was altogether different experience. I moved out of a 1 bdrm home with outdoor furniture. It's been a long time since i moved and apparently I did not ask enough questions and Tim did not explain my cost options ( 3 hr min w/ 2 guys Vs 4 hr min w/ 3 guys) to ensure I understood the cost difference as a return customer. Also I was not offered my senior discount i see in prior reviews. I was charged a shrink wrap fee $20 when they had tons of blankets. Beware owner will not use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal to avoid a 5% Credit card fee-OUCH! Moving forward, I will call 3 other companies for comparison. read more

I could not have moved without Mike and his guys. Not only were they friendly and courteous but they showed up on time and took good care of my furniture. I had no scratches or dents from the move at all. They took special care with my grandfather clock. I had many large heavy items to move up and down stairs at both the old location and new and they got the job done. The price was right as well. This is the worst moving company! Their customer service is non existent. The owner/Mike helped us with our move and he was extremely rude to me and my husband. He argued with us and was very unprofessional. They damaged our furniture. All of my dressers are damaged and no longer stand straight. They got all of our furniture dirty. They are extremely slow. My husband had to help them unload just to speed up the process. If I could give them a -5 stars, I would! Don't use them! Thank you for replying to my review. Thanks to Mike and his guys at Big Boys Moving. We had one day to move out of our house and into our new home. The Big Boys crew was able to move all our stuff out and into the new house in less than 8 hours! They helped disassemble tables/beds, pad and shrink wrap furniture, go up and down multiple flights of stairs and reassemble all our furniture without getting a single scratch on any of our stuff. Will never use them again. They were an hour and a half late. Charged us double the amount they quoted us for. And when it came down to it my children and husband had to help load and unload the truck. One guy just talked and the other was arranging the truck while my children and husband loaded it. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! Big Boys Moving Company came through for me after other moving companies have disappointed. I called several moving companies and heard several excuses. I called BBM on Saturday after being stood up by another company and they were ready the next morning . I called BBM and immediately was met with "No Problem We can move anything anytime anywhere." They are based in Lake Elsinore but traveled from Elsinore to Hawaiian Gardens and then moved my items to Eastvale. The person who schedules the moves Tim has excellent customer service quoted me a great price per hour. He send three guys and they did the job professionally and efficiently. They kept track of the time and tried to keep it to the estimated time. They were fast!!! They were done in four hours flat. Everything was perfectly packed and loaded in the truck. When we got there nothing was damaged and every item was in perfect condition. They put all the items and furniture where I wanted. I contacted Mike at Big Boys Moving for an estimate to move my 80+ year old parents possessions from their home in Lake Elsinore to Menifee. Mike was very professional and promptly went to view the items to be moved. He provided me with a DETAILED WRITTEN ESTIMATE. I scheduled the move giving Big Boys Moving very little notice but Mike was VERY ACCOMMODATING. As with most real estate transactions, there was a delay in the closing of escrow therefore the "move day" had to be postponed at the last minute. Once again, Mike was VERY FLEXIBLE adjusted his schedule to meet my needs and did so with GREAT UNDERSTANDING. Had a horrible experience. Broke our expensive dining room table. Then said they'd get it professionally fixed and brought it back with uneven legs. Met Big Mike seemed genuinely concerned said they could do the the job with max price of $1750 which seemed reasonable. Day of the move 6 guys and 2 trucks show up in the end Mike said they went over and would appreciate it if I added to the do not exceed quote price. The 2 elderly gentlemen were very efficient and took extra care of our household items, the younger guys rushed damaging my walls in the stairwell and some of the furniture. Mike saw the damage said he would have the walls fixed, well that was over a month ago and haven't heard from anyone in the company or any follow up. Due the slow pace of moving in the end I paid an additional $200. Whether you choose to use this company just beware of the DNE quote cause it is not contractually bound. All in all they did have the best price and moved us locally with only minimally damaging our furniture but left my garage in total chaos with no organization of the boxes and furniture left. read more

This company came to our rescue in the 12th hour! We had rented Pods for our move and they were scheduled to be picked up on Monday. We had movers lined up but for some unforseen events they were not going to be able to make it. I called big boys around 11am, he said his guys were off today, I explained my situation. He told me he was going to text some guys and give me a call back. Within 15mins, he was able to get a crew together and they were there ready to go at 1:15. Ran Late, Complied about how much furnishings they had to move. Worried about getting to there next job. Stretch the front of my Samsung LCD. Rap with a moving blanket which obviously had something on it, without raping first with plastic. Talked to the mover, and he refuse to address the matter. Though all my wife's fine clothes ( Wedding Dress Etc.) in Appeal Moving Box without hanging them.
