I couldn't be happier with my experience. Scheduling was incredibly easy - after I submitted an online inquiry, Nicholas called me almost immediately to get everything set up. They were also very accommodating when I decided to reschedule my move from a Sunday to a Friday. They handled our move from Oceanside to Irvine, and everything went exactly as planned. The crew communicated their ETA, arrived on time, and were friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. My partner kept offering to help because he felt awkward standing around, but they always assured him they had everything under control. Despite the summer heat, they worked nonstop, finished the job in about half the time of the last movers we used, and for roughly half the cost. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they even cleaned up all of the plastic wrap they used. Moving is stressful enough, and these guys made the entire experience so much easier. Horrible service . Damaged at least 6 family heirlooms. Scratched wood laminate floor and was a rental. Broke things and never said a thing. Charged a extra $100 fee supposedly due to my refrigerator being too heavy. Their own contract says fee is for taking item upstairs. This item did not. They should have called for a 2nd truck. Beware Also uses 4 different numbers to contact you. Forgot about my electric bike. $1000 bike unusable from damage done to shifter and spokes. read more

This move and this team redeemed every other move and experience I've ever had (with other companies) with moving. We moved from a 2b2ba condo and the team was communicative and helpful during booking and even flexible with my last minute changes the day before when we decided to add a 3rd mover to our reservation. Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. The cost of moving can be high, but the cash-price to move was definitely competitive for the area. And their reviews truly matched the positive experience we had. Cost and value 15/10. I honestly would have paid more for the experience and efficiency we got (so we tipped well!) As my husband and I were preparing to move we knew we needed help. After calling several moving companies we decided on Mover's Best because Alex, who quotes us, was thorough and had great customer service. Their pricing was also very very reasonable!! After we booked we received a confirmation text and a reminder the day before. On the day of the move we were so stressed out because we were moving from a 4 bedroom 3 bath tri-level townhouse to a 2 bedroom 2 bath place. In addition to that we had to move some items to storage and it felt like the move would take all day. HOWEVER, when Bruno, Carlos and Pedro arrived we took them through all the rooms and explained what was staying ( so we can junk) and what was going to the new place and what was going to storage. Once they got started the were none stop! They loaded the truck taking so much care of our items. We could not believe it but they were able pack our old house move to our new house (which was very close) and also helped us take the remaining items to storage. They did all this in 3 hours! They were AMAZING and we cannot recommend them enough. They were so very nice, polite and so professional! Very expensive $219/hour and they charged a $100 premium for moving the fridge. They wrapped everything nicely but after the second load we had to go back to find they left a bunch of stuff there we had to get and there was plenty of room left in the truck when they arrived after getting the second load, so it's not like they ran out of room. What made me mad was when we paid them and gave each of the guys a tip the lead guy basically said it wasn't a big enough tip! How rude! This whole job was over $2200! I had expected it to be between $1600-$1800. This was the most I've ever paid for moving. At $220 an hour for 4 guys, that's $55/hr each. That's more than I make. read more

Shout out to the Antons and Nicholas! Such a great experience. Highly recommend! Nicholas was the first person I spoke to during the intake call and he was so friendly and bubbly. Nicholas had a good list of questions to assess the move but he kept the call fun. We got lucky with availability and booked our movers two days in advance. Day of, both of our movers were named Anton. They called me when they were on the way and followed the tricky directions to get to my apartment unit. Both of the Anton's were friendly, careful with our belongings, and always had a smile on their face. It's been a while since I've moved or used movers so I was shocked and amazed by the efficiency and speed the team worked at! Also, moving took longer than expected. I thought 3hrs, family thought 5. I got enough cash for 5hrs and it ended up being 6.5hrs. I did not mention the other concerns expressed in this review, including the (1) lack of doorstopper, (2) the knocking out of a light in the hallway during the move, (3) leaving a mess and (4) not utilizing proper mats and wall coverings to protect my home in the process of moving, so I don't think it is fair to say that you have "addressed this matter directly." There were so many points of inadequacy here that were never apologized for. I don't know what accountability looks like in this field, but ensuring me that I will no longer be contacted by a harassing employee seems like the bare minimum you can do. read more

He arrived on time and his crew began working promptly. They were friendly and worked quickly. It y ook about 2 hours to load a 3bdr house (including 2car garage and patio) onto their truck. When they arrived at my new location, they began unloading right away. I appreciated how careful they were to not scuff or damage my belongings, walls, carpets, etc. I really want to commend them for how kind and responsive they were in needing to organize the single car garage in a certain manner so that I may start parking my vehicle asap. Unloading my belongings into a very small 1 bedroom was a lot of work that required coordination and communication between myself and the three gentlemen. They made this stressful event seamless.
