There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Not only did every time…read moreI walk downstairs to my car during the move I see one of them standing around on their phone, not to mention the 3 - 20 minute poop breaks one of them took in my bathroom 2 times at my old place and 1 time at the new place. It was disgusting. The same person dropped my large mirror on the way upstairs where it was unfixable. As the frame was damaged. And they would only cover $100.00 when the mirror was worth so much more and I sent them cheaper versions from Amazon and they would not do it. Now here is the most heartbreaking part. I am missing two gold diamond rings and 1 fake cubic zirconia solitaire ring out of my jewelry box. I know exactly where they were when I put them in the jewelry box for the move so I can unpack them from the jewelry box at the new place. I ware one of them every day but didn't want it to get damaged in all the moving. One of the rings my brother gave me before he passed away and the other was a starting over ring, I bought myself. And the zirconia was just another ring. No value. I have moved many times in my life, and I have never been stolen from and the time they took to move a one bedroom apartment that was only 20 med boxes, small couch, coffee table, tv stand, Mattress, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a chest drawers, 2 rolled up carpets and plant and a 30 minute drive took them 9 hours. The previous days I moved my entire kitchen myself and the bathroom to save money and time. I was charged $1500.00 for a one-bedroom apartment to another 1-bedroom apartment. I was only charged for 5 hours from the previous 3-bedroom house to the that apartment by another company with the same hourly rate. $730.00. I spoke with the police on this matter and am not sure about pursuing this because I will never get those rings back. That is hardest part of all this. I feel so violated. My brother is no longer with us to replace another ring. So, I would think twice about using this company. The sad part is I saw so many good reviews and that is why I called them. But maybe these two guys were new. Either way my property was stolen and can't be replaced. So, think long and hard before using them.

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation.
