Food was ready in 30 minutes - which is when they said it would be ready. Food is cooked to order - this is not like walking into KFC or Popeyes with a bunch of pre-cooked chicken sitting under heating elements. The Mala fries are seasoned with a spicy spice blend - and come with a side of their spicy Mala sauce. All three chicken flavors were tasty! The skin was crispy as it should be.
