Had a low tire pressure warning on our way out of town. Pulled off the freeway and into their driveway to borrow a tire gauge. They made time to pull the tire and check it. Turns out it was just low. I recently purchased tires ( 4/8/2019 ) at Liberty Tire Pros, and I'm now a customer for life. The price point, customer service and staff are all first class. This place was busier than Grand Central Station, and every customer that walked through the door was greeted with a warm smile and prompt, courteous service. Oh, and did I mention the tires I purchased were $300.00 to $700.00 less than comparable tires at the larger region and national chain tire stores. Had a wobble in the front of my truck with new tires and when I arrived, they did a front wheel balance. When I showed my warranty documentation, they said they weren't in that group any longer but said they would honor it, since their departure was recent. I was blown away, here was someone who did work for basically free (offered to pay) and fixed my issue. Hats off to the folks here at Liberty. read more

I have taken my vehicle to Liberty Tire Pros a handful of times and I have received excellent service each time. The staff are friendly, the wait times are completely reasonable, they seem to be crazy fast depending on the service you need especially if you come in earlier in the day. The prices didn't have any spikes over the past couple of years like pretty much everywhere else in the country...it has been a pleasant surprise. They don't try to sell you on things but they do let you know their findings which I really appreciate. Charged $33 dollars almost to fix a flat on a tire didn't bother to check if it was actually fixed I know this because we went to put the tire on the car it came off had zero psi had to take tire back off again to got pay to put air back in it cause taking it back to this business was way to far to go just for air that should have already been in the tire.....took the tire back cause it's still leaking but staff was nice and is going to look into it further read more

Don't let the appearance deceive you! This location looks a little sketch from the outside, but the indoor lobby was clean and warm (if a little small) with a tv and snacks for anyone who was waiting. The employees were friendly and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of extra services when I went in for an oil change like other garages I have been to. They also didn't lecture me on being so overdue for a change! The entire process took about 45 minutes without an appointment. The person who worked on my car did leave a pair of gloves in my center console and some paperwork hanging from my side-view mirror, and the inside wasn't vacuumed out but those are very minor complaints. I will definitely be back in another 3,000 miles! read more

Well, I was charged $60 for fixing a flat. Yes, I am female and haven't been the one taking care of our flat tire issues. I expected it to be around $15. No, I don't have a fancy phone to lookup the average cost of a flat. I was told it entailed a lot; taking the tire off the rim, sealing it a new valve stem? Well, I am here now don't want to take another day to get this done. Also, was told Les Schwab would tell me to get 4 new tires or was it just the wheels. The tires were fairly new 2010 but studded and not used much paid $600 plus new. Not sure, but how many times have single or divorced woman been treated with such contempt. read more
