I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes. They did a great job on the brakes and for a little less than I expected, and then walked through the rest of the issues, their urgency, and broke down the costs of each in case I wanted to tackle them one after the other. The facility is clean and welcoming and they have a waiting room you'd actually want to wait in, with clean furniture that doesn't look like it came from someone's living room castoffs. They were kind and friendly and easy to schedule with, and in subsequent appointments, their prices have been fair and they've been honest about the work needed.

Driving back to Spokane, within an hour the dash warning lights came on. Took it to Perfection Tire on 2nd avenue where I purchased the tires to have the sensors evaluated. I called them and scheduled an appointment for 12 PM. I arrived at 12, and they told me to come…read moreback at 3 PM. I came back at 3 PM, and they spent an hour doing the wheel alignment. In the end, I drove out and the steering wheel was pulling to the left. I went back and told them the car was pulling left. They said, "Okay, we'll redo it." I waited another 40 minutes. I drove out again, and now the car and steering wheel were pulling to the right. I went back again, and then they told me that the front wheels and rear wheels were pointing in different directions and that they needed more time to fix the issue. In the end, I had to take my money back and leave. I will never go to that service again.

They made clear exactly what they would do and how much it would cost. I then waited weeks until after the trip to review. The car worked flawlessly on the trip.
