Googling Italian restaurant around the neighborhood and Big C's showed up. It was actually next to the town I live and was intrigued that I haven't heard of it. Clemente said the place had been there for two years. It was truly easy to miss despite their colorful signage. Place is spotless, very homey and quite cozy. I had the Chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti. It was served beautifully. Just look at the picture. It was comfort food. Ive ordered from Big C's a bunch of times now, and they do not disappoint. The menu is huge with burgers, sandwiches, wraps, cheesesteaks, quesadillas, taco bowls and dinner platters. The burgers are good, and the fries are fantastic! Probably the best fries in town and the onion rings too. They make a great traditional cheesesteak but if you're looking for something lighter, the Italian Chicken Cheesesteak is a standout. The ground chicken is blended with garlic and spinach and really flavorful and balanced. The Fried Chicken Cotoletta is also a highlight. Whatever i order, i usually get the meatballs as a side - with the generous amount of sauce and cheese with them, its always worth it. I spoke with Clementine in our native language and sure enough we come from very similar area of the old country. I ordered two sandwiches that were outstanding. This place is just delicious, well run, and food is made with love. I don't normally write reviews but after my daughter and I stopped for a quick lunch there, she said "mom, you must write a review!!" From the minute we walked in i knew it was going to be great... clean, friendly, lots of individuals there grabbing a local lunch. Grill was busy, workers were asking how patrons liked their food, and the owner was happy to welcome us in. I had a feeling we could order no wrong thing here. We got a cold hero, the meatball side and a slice of Sicilian pepperoni. Slam dunk on flavor, portions, and most of all quality. I can't stress this enough... the quality was a 10/10. At the end, the owner was proud to share a small bowl of his freshly made pasta fagioli w us and our eyes were rolling in our heads it was so good. My family and I love getting food from big C's because the food is delicious and the service is one of a kind. The guy who owns the truck is the definition of great customer service, he always has good energy and remembers his customers. The location is super easy to get to and easy street parking. I was excited to try this place as I had friends that loved the food truck version. I placed an order for pickup that included wings, cheesesteak and a couple of specialty sandwiches.
