Their's no question I was sold a bogus jar of a concentrates, from a company that's usually faked pretty heavily learned soon after my purchase, this was no doubt some bogus dabs of not badder which I ordered but some dried up stiif crumble that tasted God awful leaving a puddle of straight water in my dab nail that's how I knew it was some bogus concentrates, had one of the most heated arguments over the phone with supposed owner some young dweeb swearing that I clamed to had swapped the jar that he sent me for completely something different after I sent him pics and a vid of what he sold me he was too funny felt like finding this dude ripping his head clean off. I also blame myself cgoing backwards had been dabbin top tier live rosin for some time until I recently quit everything past 3 months over. I wanted to buy in bulk to save myself some spread but instead got one of the worst transactions and headaches ever. Dude try to fix things make omence left message over the phone but was too heated to do so, I literally shattered that whole jar in the stairway of my complex $270 bucks down the drain from trying to save a little ending up losing alot. After finally settling on what I wanted to get, I went to Venmo them and I accidentally Venmoed $50 bucks to a random stranger, they could see I was so upset and distraught that I just gave some random person 50 bucks right out of my account and I had no way of getting it back, or canceling the transaction. They were such genuine people they gave me what I wanted for FREE. They honestly felt so bad, they gave me their product for no charge. Thank goodness there is still a few amazing people in the world like that, for the random stranger on venmo that still has my money and won't return it, I can't say the same about them. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can no longer do that. The employee working behind the counter questioned my 26-year-old boyfriend's ID, immediately concluded it was fake, and called the police without involving a manager or taking any reasonable steps to verify the identification first. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employee escalated it unnecessarily. When the responding officers confirmed that his ID was completely valid, the employee's response was, "So you're not going to do anything?" Even after being proven wrong, she still appeared determined to have a paying customer arrested. That was honestly the most shocking part of the entire experience. Mistakes can happen, especially with different forms of identification such as enhanced driver's licenses. However, there is a significant difference between asking questions or involving a manager and immediately calling law enforcement while falsely accusing a customer of using a fake ID. He was treated like a criminal over a legitimate ID, and it was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. This experience reflects a serious lack of training, professionalism, and customer service. There are too many dispensaries with knowledgeable, respectful staff to tolerate being treated this way. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I will no longer be recommending The Flowery to friends or family.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.
