My sister had the absolute worst experience at Vision Works. She sent out her Prada frames (worth…read moreof $530) for prescription lenses (worth of $230), and they completely LOST them. According to them they are not responsive for the frames after they sent them out, however when she asked for proof that the frames did in fact get sent out in the first place they weren't able to give me or show me proof. She was told they can only show her a picture of the frame along with other pairs of glasses being shipped out but no actual tracking number or anything. I don't know but for a big company I find it hard to believe they can't track items. We believe someone from their staff stole them, I don't believe they sent the frame out in the first place. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. Staff is rude and dismissive. Their only solution was to refund my sister what she paid for prescription lenses. This experience has completely soured my opinion of Vision Works. Not only did they lose a pair of designer glasses, but the way they handled the situation was a disgrace. I will never return to this store, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
