With the delays of the city over the past year, the city would not accept the "aged" report and asked for a new one. When we called James and asked him to revisit the site and update the report, he claimed that it would cost about the same as the original report. Alt nothing has changed at the property, while waiting for permits from the city, James said it would take even longer to issue a report as he would have to explain any changes from the first report (although the city refused the original report and NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON THE PROPERTY) We decided to reach out to other companies for a competitive price and obtained a price for a totally new report nearly 65% of-this company's price. Now remember, there is no issue of quality of the report as both companies just issue a report on the trees on s and there is no "good" or "bad" repor and hardly any justification for the inflated price and same price for updating the report. Anyway, the conversation with James was far from "giving a dam" about a customer; we paid him over $3k for the report and will now have to pay a little over $2k for a brand new one. Either way, I would never use their services again and suggest that you do the same.

We decided to clean up the area so we could host an important family event, and our search led to Gio and his team. He responded quickly, and we discussed what we were looking for in re-purposing the rear 1/3 of our property. He described his vision and methods, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. When he was finished with the original scope, he offered to maintain the rear yard to make sure our investment (and his hard work) would continue to look as good as the day he finished. He is not a typical "mow-blow-& go" gardening service. When he and his team arrive, they look around, see whatever needs care and attention, make everything right, and leave every inch of the yard neatly trimmed and clean. I did notice a slightly awkward interaction between an older female employee and another customer browsing near the VHS/DVD and jewelry counter. The employee called out "next," which made it seem like she thought the customer was ready to check out. When the customer didn't respond right away, the employee called out louder to get her attention kinda sounded annoyed. The customer looked a little caught off guard and replied that she was just browsing before continuing to look around. It was a bit of an odd moment, but when that same employee ended up checking us out, everything went smoothly and we had no issues. Overall it was a fun thrifting trip and I'd definitely come back again. Next time I want to spend more time exploring the clothing section!

I can't speak highly enough about Jeffrey from Big City Solutions. His work ethic and knowledge for the project my family needed was fantastic. He picked up a truckload of lumber and built stairs for an area we couldn't use since we live on a hillside. Jeffrey properly designed and built the stairs. This area is safe and sturdy. Now we have a new terraced area to enjoy. I plan on hiring Big City Solutions to haul a demolished deck and concrete area soon. Also for tree trimming. read more
