I would have liked to try the pie or cakes available, but I was way too full. From Cameron we drove to St Joseph for chocolate. Rocky mountain chocolate factory. It was about 30 mins from Cameron and then back to KC. Great outing.

The coconut meringue looked really awesome and everyone said the coconut was incredible. I was part of a group of over 25 people and the owner made and served all the food and drinks. She did a superb job cooking and serving this meal. Water, tea (sweet or unsweetened) and coffee was included. Lunch was $13.75 including tax. That's sandwich, soup, PIE and a drink! Great place for a large gathering. I didn't have my phone handy so I couldn't grab pics. But the next time I'm close, I'll be stopping by for some coconut meringue pie!

I was honest & told him my steak was not seasoned. At this point I believe he felt to no longer ask us if we needed refills. He walked past our table several times checking up on the table sitting behind us. A $15-$20 tip he could have easily had if he had kept our drinks refilled & showed presence turned into an $8.00 tip. I will go as far to say that I would have considered revisiting the establishment & ordering something else. I also take into account that it's a bar & grill. I imagine if I would have ordered chicken fingers & fries under the same circumstances I would be more-apt to return. So a lesson to myself is to not order a steak at a bar & grill.
