I had my Jaguar break down about three weeks ago on 64. My tow truck driver Peter arrived super fast. He was extremely professional and waited with my daughter and I till our family came to pick us up. I wound up texting him a couple weeks later when I found out the engine was blow in the car and I had to have it towed again. He placed the car exactly where I needed it at the house. Im tird of holding this in!!!It was a Friday night late when my tire went flat. I called the company for a tow. Before the tow truck arrived the driver called me and asked how was I getting home. I advised him I was getting a uber, he insisted that I ride with him. I really cant remember his name but he was a short white man, umm his teeth were kinda messed up. (Sound mean but only way to describe him ) soo long story short I rode with him & was sexually harrased. He didnt touch me but the things he was saying and also pictures he was showing me was very much disturbing. I was very afraid and just wanted to hurry and get home. The entire ride I was texting my fiance like this mane is high and Im scared and ect. Long story short I reached out to the The company on Monday and still nothing has been done. They have not called us back. Ive called, my fiance has called, my sister has called and the only thing we are getting is the owner isnt available. He will call you back this evening. Im higly upset, and hurt and pray that this does not happen to another woman out here. Im super bothered, lets not forget to mention I cant unsee the picture of him sitting on a floor indian style in a trash bag naked, holding his private part.Oh and the picture of the purple lock he have on his private part!! Please pray for me that I can move on from this nightmare. Let me say this tho... this was my second time using this company. The first time it was a younger african american man. I had no problem at all and they took good care of my vehicle. Not here trying to scare away the customers but here to bring awareness to other women. Beware of creeps like this guy! He put my car on the ramp bed thing, and assured me that he cared about my little blue car and will get her there safely. If you request a tow from them, retrieve all your possessions from the vehicle beforehand. Despite most likely getting a decent wage, the employees there will ransack your vehicle for items, and tell you they don't take personal property afterwards. Price wasn't bad. However, they're definitely some vultures when it comes to looting free stuff. My guess is they're not used to having decent things, so they take what they can get. read more

My Ford Escape had a catastrophic failure of the heater core in her engine compartment stranding me on the Norfolk side of the HRBT, I live in Newport News. It's also my only means of transportation and I'm a disabled veteran. I had no easy way to return to my truck so the driver actually stopped by my home to get the keys and had it all done in an hour even with a lane closed and slowed traffic with the tunnel. Cost was less than AAA as well. They've earned my trust and I will definitely use their services first in the near future. read more

Horrible service! Tow truck arrived over 2 hours after the estimated time. After talking with driver, he was not dispatched until 10-15 minutes before he arrived.
