    Carmel Pecan cheesecake. Delicious!

We stopped here to use the Tesla charger and decided to try Timberline restaurant. The service was Friendly & polite from start to finish. We ordered "The Burger", the salmon fillet, and the Timberline burger. The burgers were delicious! I especially liked the mushrooms in their signature burger. My daughter ordered the salmon. I was a bit skeptical since there's no ocean nearby, but was impressed with the fresh & light taste. The asparagus on the plate was the best I've ever had! Highly recommend if you're ever in Beaver Utah.

This homey restaurant is a must-stop for us! We came in shortly before close (about 30 minutes), and the staff seated us, provided our food and drinks, and offered boxes and a check very quickly. The food was incredible. I had a perfect dinner roll, amazing cheesy vegetable soup, and delicious chicken piccata. Everything was fantastic; no notes. We will be back!

The wait staff, Sydnee was amazing. Prompt, polite, cute without the excessive saccharine sweetness. Food came out hot and a healthy portion. Well prepared, great presentation. Surprised for an off the path roadside diner outside of Beaver, Utah. Wasn't what I was looking for, it it was what I needed. Thank you Timberline.

Pizza was so good! Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly. Pizza made was quickly. They're right across from the Tesla chargers. Pizza has that fresh artisan flavor.

The short Yes, now this is what I like to call hidden gem. The onion rings were fantastic and they had an absolute huge butter cake. The service was nice as well. The Longer We stopped by this place on our way back from St. George for lunch. As soon as I stepped in, I felt very homey and cozy. I will say this felt like one of those diners you seen a TV show where everybody in the local area goes there in orders good food. I ended up ordering the French dip with fries and it was OK. It was not something that I would pick first on my next go around. But I did get to try the burger that they had and it was pretty good though to my surprise my favorite item that I got to try was the onion rings. They were actually pretty amazing, it has been a little while since I've had onion rings taste that good At the end of our lunch, we ended up getting a butter cake, which ended up being pretty good. I will warn you that it is definitely too big for one person and that you probably need a few semi-hungry individuals to take it down. I will say that the spot is not somewhere that you should avoid if you're driving through Beaver. 3.75/5

We came by again for breakfast. And we had an amazing meal. Service was done in record time. The ambiance is as always, casual. We had a ham and cheese omelet with sour dough everything came out cooked to perfection. Our friends were delighted that they had decafe coffee. That was actually GOOD!

I loved the french toast. If you asked for fruit spread, they would give you real strawberry bits in container which I requested. They do have blueberry jam, though. Fries were alright. I was satisfied with the french toast with swiiss cheese and ham inside. The bread wasn't too big or crispy hard, just good size and soft. I got full after eating only half of it!

This is the ADA regulations of a service dog

The hostes was rude and condescending when she realized I had a service dog She asked me I'm my service dog assisted me in my eating. She said if they allowed all services dog in they place would be a Kennel not a restaurant I advised her on the ADA regulations and my and the restaurant rights concerning surface stock. I posted here what they have the right and their rights as a restaurant. The waitress on the other hand was very friendly, extremely cordial and apologetic The food was excellent, but they definitely need training on ADA regulations and policies

Stopped in and had the juiciest most flavorful burger. I think it was called The Burger & it was spicy hot and delightful. Paired that bad boy with one of the iciest coldest beers I've ever been poured. My sister had the Turkey club and was super impressed with the high quality ingredients. They don't skimp on quality here. The server was a delight and this restaurant will be a regular stop next road trip.

One of the best sandwiches I've had in years. Good coleslaw and service to match. Will for sure stop by again on my way through!

MY GOD the new crew is absolutely amazing! Especially the afternoon crew. There's this girl with i think braces and glasses; ABSOLUTE angel and because of her service I'm always tipping. She's like the Valerie's soul of the restaurant. I kid you not. She knows all her regulars order and is always serving with a smile. Also when she's working with whom I assume is her regular staff, you can always count on the condiment tables to be stocked, til it gets around the evening time. The ambiance of the restaurant is pretty simple, nothing to extravagant, but it is welcoming nonetheless. The food? I mainly come here for the Menudo (the girl who I was just talking about will immediately know who I am LoL) but yes, the menudo. My homegirl told me about menudo, and now Valerie's is my plug for that. It's flavored to my liking, which I deeply appreciate. Do understand that sometimes you may get more bones and cartilage than the cow honeycomb tripe. So ask if you could not get that bones and stuff? I haven't, but I don't think it'll hurt to ask. I like the crew that makes my menudo, so I accept it no matter what I get. If you are drunk off your behind, then baby, come on down to Valerie's for some pretty okay food. I'm not a huge fan of tacos and such, but they're menudo is *chefs kiss* in my opinion. So I can only give my opinion on that. As well as the service. Don't forget to tip them! If a cashier remembers my order off the bat, that means 1, I'm a big back, 2, they are that versed in knowing what I want, and 3, I'm a big back. K bye!
