Very professional and polite. They kept my wife informed of the progress with pretty much daily updates via txt. It took a day or two longer but after meeting with them we found it was a parts issue. Once we went to pick it up both Donald and Bo walked around the car, explained what they did and some of the parts issues. Everything looks awesome. I was a professional painter back in the 80's and 90's. Different paints at tht time but they did a great job. I can't speak of the value as this was an insurance issue but would expect it to be comparable as they are used by my insurance company as well. Many thanks for everything. Staff is awesome.

I did say very little haggling. There is some room for it but this place will start you off lower than any dealership around. If I hadn't already giving my word to another salesman at another dealership I would have bought here. I will I could remember my sales mans name. He seemed open and honest about the whole process. After all was said and done I wanted to buy here but stuck to my word and gave the other dealership a chance to beat the price here.

There staff is generally grumpy... act as if I should be thankful they are providing me a service.... They are also pretty slow compared to the Nissan dealership next door that I take my wife's Nissan to get serviced. They used to do a pretty decent job and even wash off the car... not sure what's been going on lately... I'm going to take my car somewhere else from now on. Who knows maybe I'm crazy and unrealistic of how car service goes? They did get better reviews from other people.

Stay away from this place if you value your time and money. This shop took 7 months to build a…read moremotor that I ended up taking to another shop to have fixed from the sloppy work done. Mark broke a bolt off in the main crank cap from the side. Then he did not put 2 bolts in the rear oil pane which goes into the LS rear cover instead he filled them with rtv silicone. When building a LS motor you have to use new head bolts because they are a torque to yield one time use but he used old bolts and charged me for new ones. Then he cut into the reluctor wheel while grinding on the crank so that had to be replaced. silicone was coming out everywhere so I could not trust it and I had to go to a better shop to have it checked. Motor has to be torn down and rebuilt, and parts replaced that Mark messed up. He thinks a person will not go through the trouble to sue him but for what I paid him and having to pay another shop to fix his sloppy work we will be going to court. There is alot of people saying the same thing and having issues with getting stuff done in a timely matter. Those good reviews are more than likely his people trying to off balance bad reviews. The review here on this page about a car breaking down at night and waiting until they opened is crap. Anyone really doing work with Mark is not getting anything fixed in that time frame so beware of the BS post here talking good about this shop. The crew je has now are not real trouble shooters so these posts are crap, The ine good mechanic he had died last year now he has guys going throught the motions with Mark being pulled in different directions to the piont the quality is no longer there. The review of the transmission repair is crap too he does not build or fix them. He might pull one and put one back in that someone else fixed but Mark does not build or work on transmissions so that review below is crap. The review the person posted here about going from California to Virginia is crap because this shop is no where near the highway for them to come off hwy 40 and find Marks shop out in the middle of Nicoma Park is absurd. There are many shops near the highway. Fake positive reviews. Cheap price is cheap work because you will end up spending more later to fix the work they do at Marks Machine Shop and Repair in Nicoma Park, OK. I attached pictures so you can see I am not lying.

My appointment was 8:00 and was met very timely on that. A few minutes later my wife's car was diagnosed. The diagnosis was in need of brake pads and rotors for both axels. I told Mike I needed an oil change as well. He said he would include that. I was given a price with several discounts he said and the total came back as $1354. I said ouch how long can I go he said it needs done ASAP. I said ok well I would rather get it done then put my wife back in danger. I was there a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes. Ten minutes after I sat there I received two quotes on my email and both quotes came in at 860 and 927. I approached the counter and asked if my car was already started and he said yes. I sat there in the lobby in total embarrassment the whole entire time. I paid Mike and I explained my disappointment. He said he does not make prices I said I understand I left and went straight to auto parts store and was quoted with tax for all parts $643. Yes I was told I now have a warranty 36,000 miles but knowing that I paid over $300 an hour for labor is absolutely inexcusable. The staff was friendly but I am a guy that knows nothing about cars and loves his wife so dearly to make sure she is taken care of. Knowing how bad and over charged I was today I will definitely not be back to Brookwood Automotive.

Always a good thing. Harrington is a great place to get oil changes, tires and other small jobs. Pretty much a first come first serve for most things. There is a diner right next door to wait at or they have a waiting area inside and out. Great local business.
