She takes notes of everything that's going on and offers advice on how to fix certain problems relating to my posture to ensure I can better myself. She's also so friendly and always a pleasure to talk to! The IR sauna is also one of my favorites as it's only $10 add on when you're there for another appointment (massage or chiro). You get 45 minutes in the sauna, and they give you an additional couple before so you can prepare and then after so you can get dressed. They have a sink in the same room as the sauna so you can wash up before you head out. Great little gem in North Van!

They work with you on helping find a good therapist that will help you with your needs. They offer tea and coffee while you wait. I've been going to Elisha, who is just lovely. She is so nurturing and caring. She always makes sure that you know that hour with her is your time. She goes above and beyond with tips to help your injury or adjust how you do things for your job to keep your symptoms at bay. I have nothing but great things to say. The walls of the clinic are a bit thin, so you might hear people in other rooms from time to time, especially during peak times, but this isn't a deal breaker for me. I will continue to go here even after my treatments end.

I've read every book that the greatest psychiatrists, psychologists and philosophers have ever written. I understand the autonomic nervous system and every theory that engages with the vagal nerve. Yet two and a half years into therapy I still had no relief. That is until I met Connor. Going to see an RMT was a bold move as my nervous system was fried and I did not know if I could trust someone to meet me with my vulnerability especially with the way my body trembled. With only a couple of words on paper before our first session - Connor showed up completely trauma informed. He taught me how memory, fear, pain and trauma are carved into the fascia which is the connective tissue of the body which holds more nerve endings than any other organ in the body. He introduced me to Block Therapy which stimulates the fascia releasing restrictions and distortions informing the autonomic nervous system or sympathetic NS to turn off the stress response - it encourages the body to switch into rest-relax-restore. I have never found this kind of relief from any other kind of therapy. Thank you Connor with all my heart for changing my trajectory and for showing me that I can trust again. You're one of a kind!

I live by Edmonds sky train, so I am not close by. The service is wonderful. Susan Stewart the the original and best masseuse ever. Without her I could not have been able the melt away daily stress, especially during and after my pregnancy (which I saw her every week leading up to the birth). The clinic is relaxing, with calming music just like the spa. The staff and environment is warm and welcoming. Susan even massage with aromatherapy oils somet times without extra charge. The prices are reasonable. The clinic is all RMTs. When Susan is unavailable I have also tried Kelsey Olsen, who is just as good. I have tried others clinics closer to home but I find the offices are very sterile and cold. The service feels rushed or inexperienced. Because of the distance I have to travel to get the edgemont I am limited to weekend apps well in advance. Most times Susan is not working, but I am glad they have Kelsey. I really enjoy this place. I can understand why they always win the north shore readers choice awards year after year. The drive is totally worth it. To top it off, I always go get cupcakes by heather and Lori after my massage. Now that is true bliss!

With their help, specifically Chris, I remained as pain free as was humanly possible over the course of 7 days of intense mountain biking. What makes Eva, the owner and operator, stand out is that she goes out of her way to diagnose and prescribe the best treatment for your condition AND she spends an inordinate amount of time to truly educate you on what's wrong and how you can help yourself. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with body mechanics. What is unique is that she is also a Swedish certified Napapathy practitioner. In fact, the ONLY one in Western Canada.
