I've gone there four times for foot massages and the first time was awesome, but then the next three were so bad I felt like I needed a massage after because I was so tense. One the man was hurting my feet so bad by pushing so hard but not in the right spots. Didn't feel well trained. I kept saying ow and pulling my feet back and he'd smile and nod but then do it again. The next two times I had two different women but they both spent most of the time rubbing my shins (not even my calves). One lady only rubbed the top of my feet, and I wondered if it was some sort of ancient Asian foot technique but no. I stood up and my feet were not happy. Very hit and miss. read more

I have been coming to this place for years, it's the not the fanciest, the cleanest or the most serene place but there are a couple really good massage therapists in here that keep me coming back. In all the years of coming I experienced one horrible experience with a full body massage by ANNY, where she kept pulling the blanket off of me and exposing my body.. I kept having to ask her to stop and it was very uncomfortable. After that experience I just always made sure when I called and booked I asked for everyone except for ANNY because she's clearly used to happy endings and that's not my vibe. Anyways, unfortunately Anny is the new owner of Big feet as of last year, so I havent been coming as often because she is very unprofessionaI, slamming doors, speaking so loud, yelling down the halls for her workers, I heard her making fun of a customer the last time I was there which was so uncalled for, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The real reason I'm writing this is because of my experience today. Today i was getting a foot massage with Sherri and it was going so amazing,(except for listening to anny storm up and down the hallway, yelling for her workers), I asked if she had time to do a full body massage afterwards. Sherri called Anny to ask if she could do a massage for me and anny checked and came back and said yes. 5 minutes later anny loudly walked in with 7 customers loudly telling Sherri to bring me to a room for the massage. Sherri told her she's only massaged 1 foot and still had 40 minutes, anny said that's fine, these customers want to sit together. I was not happy but as I got up I quietly told her this was very unprofessional *as I put on my sandals with oil all over my feet*. Anny led us into the front foot massage room, but she stayed in there while we got situated and was overlooking ... I was so confused I asked her if she could leave? things were feelig weird and unprofessional. she wanted to mention the 7 customers again.. I told her my massage shouldn't be so loudly interrupted and disturbed because she didn't organize her bookings properly. she stood, glared at me and walked out. 15 minutes later she walked back into the room and said to my massage girl that she could give me 5 free minutes but no full body massage and she walked out. I didn't think I heard correctly, so sherri repeated it to me.. I asked.. why? she was so apologetic and just said she's not sure but someone else is booked now. at this point I knew okay clearly I'm being targeted and singled out while I'm here .. not sure if it's because I'm black but clearly I'm being treated differently. I asked Sherri if anny has treated customers like this before and she apologized and said no she hasnt. I sat through the rest of my foot massage so uncomfortable,anxious and holding back tears. when it was done I went to the front, I paid first and then I said quietly to anny that I did not appreciate how she treated me, that she ruined my entire service, that she was very unproffesional and disrespectful. she shouted and said I had 7 customers!! a normal person would move!!.. I corrected her and told her a normal owner would book accordingly and be seating her customers accordingly to have room for 7 customers without disturbing others.. and if you have to interrupt maybe do it more spa-like? quietly? less loud and aggressive like I'm a dog. she told me "I gave you 5 minutes for free!" as if I had asked for that or needed that? as if I was a bum that needed 5 minutes for free. This conversation was escalating fast, it went from me giving calm quiet feedback on how she made me feel as a customer in her spa. But she was quickly infuriated, shouting, using her hands to speak, big eyes, spit coming from her mouth. I told her repeatedly to calm down, she kept repeating what a "normal person would have done" and then she came storming around the till as if she was going to remove me. I told her to stop, back up, I will gladly leave and never come back but she needs to back up(if you have been here you know how small that front entrance is, I felt cornered) This woman started to antagonize me but asking what would I do if she didn't back up.. what would I do she she came outside with me.. would I hit her... it was clear in this moment that this Asian lady so badly wanted to call the police on a black woman. When I reached for the door she charged at the door to get outside with me, I had to put my arm up to block her from getting closer to me. She came outside and stood outside with me yelling for me to hit her, and started yelling she was calling the police. This woman is either special needs and doesn't know the difference or a complete racist that treated me differently because of my skin color. If you want to go into a filthy little dive that is lowkey a rub and tug depending on the masseus, ask for anny. I heard she does more than rub and tug. read more

My first time at Big Feet with my wife for the 50min reflexology treatment . After reading the comments here, I thought it best to check my expectations at the door and enjoy it for what it is. Well, I am happy to say, it not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Given covid restrictions, room doors are all open for health and safety and you can hear front area talk, but it was minimal. The language capability with staff is very limited, so don't expect long conversation. But, if you come for a relaxing & therapeutic treatment, this will certainly satisfy. Staff was very polite. Started off with a nice foot soak in hot tub temperature water. The massage was a nice combination of Asian pressure point, foot and leg massage. Was very similar to what i experienced in Beijing. Nothing fancy here, just a great treatment at a good price! I would come back. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS "BUSINESS"! I had one of the worst experiences of my life in this place... Let me start by saying I'm not the type of guy that gets massages. I've only had one other massage in my life and that was in Mexico from a wonderful gentleman named Raul. My second ever massage was from a horrendously perverted vile creature who goes by the name of Anny. Everything started off great, I was going to get a full body massage with a male masseuse by the name of Alex. The receptionist asked if I was okay with being massaged by a male. Which I was, as my only other massage from Raul was nothing short of breathtaking. I was led to a room and given no instruction. Again, not a big deal, I've done this before. Unfortunately, this is where things took a drastic turn for the worst. As I was preparing, Anny opened the door suddenly. I was surprised that she didn't immediately apologize and close the door, but she just stood there looking at me. I didn't know what to do so I awkwardly asked, "Is Alex ready?" To which she quickly replied, "No Alex. I do it. Take off clothes, I come back," and shut the door. This was a little confusing to me because I already had all of my clothes off other than my boxers before she opened the door. I thought to myself, "Wait, does she want me to get naked? I never had to get fully nude for Raul... But maybe this is normal... I guess I'll just do what she says." So I took off my boxers and laid on the table... Anny finally came back in and began to massage my back. Eventually, she asked me to turn over. I must warn you it gets a little graphic from here... At one point she was massaging my chest with one hand and began lightly patting my manhood through the sheet. Almost as if she was asking my Peter if he was willing to wake up. I was so shocked I opened my eyes and got even more scared when I realized her face was extremely close to mine. She was making eye contact but not making any expression. I didn't know what to do as I'm a very non-confrontational person so I awkwardly blurted out, "Oh... hey." A couple seconds passed and she patted my Johnson again, but this time while asking, "You want special?" I heard exactly what she said but for some reason I asked, "What?" I don't know why I didn't just say no in that moment but I guess I was so horrified that I didn't know what to do. She repeated herself, "You want full special?" But this time almost shouting it while she transitioned from simply patting to full on rubbing my beef whistle. The craziest part is that I don't even like Asian chicks. Finally, I shouted "No thank you! Hands off my thing lady!" Long story short, I will never come back to this whorehouse again. I had always heard of this place being a "rub and tug" but I thought that was just folks joking around. Now I know why all the high schoolers in Guildford call this place Big Meat. Anny is a predator. A ghastly sick deviant who should be locked up with the rest of the rapists and murderers. read more

I booked a last minute reflexology session after returning from vacation - usually once a year after all the walking during my vacation. The lady over the phone was able to schedule me in during the last time slot of the day. I do not get why the ratings are so low. For starters, my expectations for these types of places are not the same as RMT's or certified reflexologists. No one is certified here and everyone learns on the job. If they are certified, the price would be easily doubled. This massage style is very comparable to the massages I received in Asia. We were in a communal room with seven chairs. No frills kind of place. It was good for the price to have my lower legs and feet massaged. There was occasional chatter amongst staff in Mandarin and a cell phone going off. It looks like boss lady runs the phone lines and cash payments. She asked for cash when credit card was offered for payment and also asked for tips - very Asian style. I did tip $5 for my $40 session as the staff really depends on tips and giving a massage for 50 minutes is a lot of work for anyone to do. read more

I would highly recommend this Bigfoot location as I have been coming here for over two years and they are nothing but kind, professional and clean. He was passionate, very professional, and highly skilled/knowledgable! I am a therapist myself and I go to other massage places to both better my craft and relax at the same time. This Big feet shop is in a plaza that is very busy as it shares with several restauraunts and wendy's. Because of that, parking can be difficult during rush hour. For my second time here, i requested a body massage ( first time i had reflexology but thw experience was similar). As i was greeted, I was brought in as fast as possible with no room for questions or small talk. They led me to a room eith a massage table and gave me no instructions as to what to do ( only cause im a therpist, do i know what is expected for me to do but a first timer would be totally lost). I undressed and got on the table and waited for about 5 minutes for the therapist to come. The massage itself was half without oil and half with oil and the therpist only did from the waiste and up so no legs. Firm pressure and experienced therapist but felt although they were doing a choreographed dance rather than massaging specific parts i had tight. Therapist barely knew english so i couldnt really tell her what my problems were. After the massage, i just payed and left. Because this place is generally cheap and close to home, i may come back for a massage but by no means do i expect to be wowed or treated for specific problems. TL;DR: generally cheap. hit and miss parking. No frills. Just a general pressured massage that will most of the time work to relax. Come in, massage, get out. read more

I booked my 50 minute reflexology session with a lady over the phone. The lady was very polite and professional. When I got there, I was soon greeted by a really nice male who spoke minimal English. I found that the pressure was quite hard during the session, but I found it hard to communicate with the male to ask him to go lighter given that he didnt speak English well. The Maleput very little lotion on my feet and legs was wearing latex gloves which hurt my legs quite a bit as the gloves were constantly pulling on my dry skin. At points the pain was almost unbearable. I would rate this place 3/5 only because I believe it would have been a lot better if more lotion was used and if the pressure was lighter. read more

I wouldn't even give them a 1 . I'm going to make this short and sweet. I will never go back to BIG FEET ever again based on my last couple of experiences there. I usually go there to get the reflexology done but the last couple times I've been there, i did an acupressure back massage by Mark, which caused a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder and has left my thumb numb now for the last month. I was then recommended to do acupuncture which would help ' the say' . So yesterday I decided to go in for a an acupuncture session with Ryan and it was fine at first up until the end of the session. When he told me he was all done and That I was ready to go home he then left the room. So as I sat up To get dressed I felt something weird in my legs and when I look down I noticed that there were two needles still left in my legs. This is the first time I had tried acupuncture so I did not realize how long the needles were but So I decided to pull it out not knowing what kind of nerve damage I could've done to myself. Those needles were literally 4" long!!!! Thankfully today I am feeling fine but how unprofessional and unsafe is that. But yesterday when I left the room to Show Ryan that he had left two needles in my legs still he looked kind of shocked and didn't say anything but SAID " oh sorry" and that was it. He was more concerned about me booking the next appointment which I am NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. And the worst part of this whole experience is that my neck/shoulder is still pinched and my thumb is Still numb. Nothing has change. When I woke up this morning to put my shoe on I felt that there was something in there like a pebble, and then I decided to remove my shoe to shake it out, and guess what fell out of my shoe... A 2" acupuncture NEEDLE!!!! . I honestly have nothing good to say about big feet and I would not recommend anyone to come to this place, as I do not feel that they are professional and their practice is so unsafe. I just hope that my experience has not caused me more harm to my body and that I would highly recommend others to do your research before coming to a business like this. read more

If possible, I would give ZERO star. I called at 7:43pm, hoping to get an appointment for tomorrow, but was told I could come at 9pm. The woman spoke English well, and took down my phone number. She got it wrong the first time, so I gave it to her three times total. I walk in at 8:50pm to 2 staff yelling at each other in Chinese. Finally they stopped yelling and the woman sitting at the counter took notice of me. I told her that I had a 9pm appointment for a foot massage and told her my number. She couldn't find it (they have the big calendar where they write down phone numbers for the date) and said they were all booked. She asked me if I had made an appointment, and I even showed her my call log, but she just said my phone number was not written in the appointment book and they were all booked. She kept asking with whom I spoke on the phone, and if it was her on the phone- how am I supposed to know who she is on the phone??? I wasted my time and gas driving over. Never going back. read more
